Great experience. Nearby to all establishments. The room is very clean. Staff is very polite and accommodating. 👌👍

Shower was a bit gross, gave me the ick everytime i look down on the ground. No robot service for food delivery like the other Atour hotels. Room is a bit small but its fine, unfortunately it does not have a fridge which is really odd and inconvenient. Self laundry room is fine but small, only 2 washer and 1 dryer, vs the other Atour hotels we stayed had 6 of each. The washer was also a little gross, needs cleaning.

Nice hotel with very good location. Was in Beijing for 3 days with family. Rooms could be bigger or with beds for children. Also we got room without windows. As well as we was walking all day it was not a problem, but could be issue for other people. In the room would be good to have fridge and other door to bathroom. Breakfast is very good in European style. Service in reception do not speak English, but ready to help and do what is needed.

The hygiene of the room need to improve, have stayed 5 days, and after two day my body skin got rash issue.

The breakfast is so noisy outside my room. I was woken up at 6:30am. Right outside the rooms on the second floor. I changed to a different hotel to sleep. So horrible. Don’t stay here.

I booked 2 rooms from 12/30 to 1/3. One of the rooms had a terrible leak in the bathroom, I request to change the room, they didn’t had a room available at the same day, asked me to go back to the reception on the next day, once they told me they had a room available the room were smaller of the one that I was in, and I refused to change the room, they said they could put me in the same size room but in another floor, I booked two rooms at the same floor to stay close to my parents room, because they are in the age of 60+. The cleanliness of the room is extremely poor, everything super super dirty, all the walls of the room were damaged so the floor, very different from what is showing on the photos on the website. The price of the hotel isn’t cheap, so it needs to have a better standard specially on the cleaning of the rooms! The reception smelled like very dirty toilet all the time.

Hotel location is right at the CBD and is really convenient to move around especially to meet counter partners and friends.

I booked a twin bed room for 1 night. The location is central, but there is way too much traffic in that area. My DiDi ride took 20 minutes in front of the hotel just to make a short U-turn. Better to take metro. But if you have luggage then that option is not good either as the station is far from the hotel. Front desk is friendly but they don’t speak English. The room does not have a wardrobe. Not recommended.

Good place to stay.

Nice location in Jianguomen, between 2 metro stations and near the city center. Room is small, but with all the necessary items, good hotel overall for this price in Beijing.
