There is no water in the room, room is nice and spacious just for a night’s stay before heading to city centre the next morning. Overall ok, by right there’s welcome drink but none was offered when we reached at 10+pm. Only upon asking the next morning they offered any other drinks.

The location is good — it’s close to the airport, the exposition park, and also near Aeroville Mall. However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. I had emailed the hotel in advance to remind them that I would be using the shuttle service upon arrival. I was told the shuttle comes every hour. I arrived at 9:15 PM and had already missed that one, so I waited at the designated shuttle area from 9:30 PM, expecting the next one to arrive at 10:15 PM. Unfortunately, I waited until after 11 PM and the shuttle never arrived. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel. What made it even more frustrating was that I had just come off a very long journey — over 20 hours of travel including transit — and I was traveling with children. It was exhausting, and the lack of proper shuttle service made things worse. If you plan to use the shuttle, make sure to get very clear and confirmed instructions from the hotel. Despite multiple emails beforehand, this issue still happened. Very disappointing experience.
