Good hotel for early flight Good location easy to find food . Hotel prices is very good including airport transfer breakfast. Just hotel is a little bit old but yes they are clean.

Overnight stay at Sinsuvarn Airport Suites was very comfortable. Our room was newly renovated and the stay suited our itinerary as we were leaving early in the morning. Highly recommended.

The location is good as it's about 10 minutes away from Suvarnabhumi by taxi. They actually provide free transfer service from and to the airport which was a big plus for this hotel. Simple set up but clean, bright & with free breakfast with sufficient choices. It's a 10-minute walk away from food & groceries with lots of choices ranging from street food style to restaurant services.

We booked a big room 32-40 m2 bit got a worn out terrible nasty room 25 m2 with no real separate bathroom and no bathrobes and slippers. The room we booked was a grand superior room. But the reception woman said we got what we ordered and we could upgrade this for B/ 1000 !!! We did this and THEN we got the room we booked. I felt bad and ripped of €1000 and called Trip. They contacted the hotel but the woman told the same story to the helpdesk of Trip. The helpdesk only said “sorry for the inconvenience” and did not help us, only offered us a couple of Trip coins ((value almost nothing) Bad service Trip. Bad receptionist. She stole my Money. Misleaded. Old hotel, new room was ok and so was the breakfast and shuttle service to and from the airport. So: be careful booking the hotels from the Trip site with nice special offers. Cause they don’t give you. They offer great discounts but you do t get what you paid for. We got ripped off.

I decided to stay at this hotel because it was close to the airport and because I was arriving very late and leaving very early. I contacted the hotel through Trip.com requesting a pick-up service. After a month without a reply, I decided to send an email directly to the hotel. This time they answered and said that when I arrived I should wait on the second floor, next to door 4 and there would be someone there. When I arrived there was no one. I had to call the hotel's Whats App at +66-81-9147673.  That´s the number published on Trip.com. A person answers saying he no longer works at the hotel. I asked a local to call the other hotel number and speak to someone at the front desk to let them know I was waiting. They responded they would pick me up in 20 minutes. Half an hour later a man without identification approached me saying that he was from the hotel and that I should accompany him to the upper floor since the shuttle was no longer leaving from the 2nd floor. Another 20 minutes later a van from the hotel arrives and takes me to the hotel. I had to wait a total of an hour for a pick-up service. Very poorly organized.  If you are choosing this hotel for the pick-up service, I suggest you look for another option. It is a nightmare. As for the room.... I booked a room with a terrace and they gave me one without a terrace, saying it was an "upgrade." The room was large, with a hard king-size bed, and had a window that could not be opened, because the hotel keeps them closed. The bathroom looked old. The safety deposit box is so small not even a tablet fits inside. At night the noise of the planes is unbearable, since the hotel windows are not soundproof, which makes it very difficult to sleep. Conclusion: the worst place I have ever been.

Just one positive thing, the hotel has “free” transfer from the airport to the hotel. The rest is really bad!!!!! Very old installations that make you scared! Never more.

I booked 2 rooms WITH balcony. The lift stops between floors. You then have to walk up or down half a floor to your room level. UNACCEPTABLE for older guests. Reception then charged an extra 600 baht to have rooms WITHOUT balcony but a lift on the same level. I would have expected a refund for no balcony. RIDICULOUS.

Always stay at this fantastic hotel as we tend to take a late flight into Bangkok. The workers are great and the hotel is clean and nice. 7-11 and other restaurants nearby. The hotel has a swimming pool, on-site cafe, restaurant and bar, and they give you toothbrushes, shampoos, body wash, and bottles of water for free I the room. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport, including during the night time, and the breakfast buffet is a good mix of European and Asian food.

Lousy hygiene area, bathroom stink , bed can feel the spring and balcony floor with pigeon **** , bathroom no shelf or rack for toiletries.. air-conditioned unit is pigeons nest area.. Airport shuttle late for 15 mins.. Bad experience
