A step into paradise. Easily one of the best stays we’ve had. Cozy and spacious room with the warmest and thoughtful hospitality from the staff. Hope to return again when we can. Thank you Purana for the unforgettable stay!

入住時的體驗不是很好，預先訂了加價的三人房，平台上寫含雙人床及沙發床並包含三份早餐，但是到了發現房內沒有沙發床，而員工表示需要另外加錢，與前台溝通時，一名女職員態度非常強硬不客氣，甚至要我們自己跟平台溝通，後續經理出面與平台溝通才澄清誤會，幫我們加床，員工訓練需要多加強。酒店附近塞車非常嚴重，多次搭計程車都需要自行下車步行返回，否則會被困在車陣半小時以上。最大的優點是酒店早餐是我們吃過數一數二棒的！非常豐盛好吃，食材新鮮美味、擺盤漂亮，且坐在藝廊裡用餐是非常美好的體驗！

早餐很不錯，服務質素也很好。只是房間有蠻多小蟲子，有些還在被子裡，讓人很難入睡。點了room dining吃完後放在房中枱邊，一早起床竟然看到碟子上大概有幾百只小蟻，明白在森林中居住必有蚊蟲，但是房間的小蟲也未免太多，反映清潔也不夠到位。員工們是很友善的，但是蟲子問題讓人很難安睡！

被照片和高評分騙了，這家定位為高端烏布風情民宿，為了招攬澳洲年青顧客，搞了些亂七八糟噱頭，真實品質普通。 房間是新建，我住的有泳池陽台，照片看漂亮，實際就是國內民宿的低成本裝修標準。 位置在烏布南郊入城口，擁堵最厲害，看着離皇宮不到3公里，但烏布這條路最堵，人行道很臟亂，步行和打車都不方便。 服務的問題更過分，我投訴攜程後也補償我部分，我下次再補充。 聖誕烏布最旺季，這家酒店根本沒有客人

모든 직원들이 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다. 나갔다 들어올때마다 반갑게 인사해주고 프론트에 24시 상주하시는 분이 계셔서 새벽에 나갈때도 무섭지 않았어요 ! 방 컨디션도 너무 좋고 가성비 최고입니다 너무나 힐링하고 가요 직원분들 모두 건강하세요 ♥️

環境不錯，服務

很好很舒服

Such a sweet spot in Ubud. Walking distance to cafes, shops, the Monkey Forest, the art museum, and other cool spots. Even being next to a busy road, the room was quiet. The food and coffee are delicious, and the inside of the hotel is like a museum - full of art and beautiful architecture. The service was wonderful from all staff members, they were so personable and attentive. Also got a massage and it came with tea and cake after. All around great stay. The staff takes great care of you!

This hotel is a real gem - wonderfully attentive staff, beautiful room and a gorgeous pool. The breakfasts are outstanding which you can have served on your balcony overlooking the pool. I even had my own personal cookery lesson to learn how to make them back home!

Beautiful small resort with welcoming staff. Lots of personal attention! Room off of the pool has privacy with jungle-like view of pool. Food is fantastic! Comfy beds and 5-star bathroom. Restaurant provides delicious Indo and western options.
