No Smoking To keep things fresh and comfortable for all guests, smoking (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is not allowed inside the home or within 50 feet of the building—including outdoor spaces. If smoke is reported or detected, we may need to end your stay, apply a $500 cleaning fee, and report the issue to the booking platform. Parties and events aren’t allowed, and all of our homes have decibel readers that help us monitor for loud noise (don’t worry—they don’t record anything). If we receive a report about excessive noise or gatherings, a team member may check in, and your reservation could be canceled without refund. Security Notice All Sojourn properties are equipped with exterior security cameras, including coverage of entryways and common areas that are recording at all times. These are used for guest safety, property protection, and in some cases to ensure compliance with local city regulations. There are no interior cameras inside any of our homes. Plumbing Etiquette — What Not to Flush or Dispose Please only flush toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or anything else. And avoid putting grease or non-food items down the drain or garbage disposal. Plumbing repairs can be expensive, and we’d hate to have to pass that cost along to you! Linens & Care At Sojourn, we provide luxury linens of the highest quality for your comfort. We kindly ask that you help us care for them by following these guidelines. Do not use towels or bedding for cleaning, makeup removal, hair dye or any other activities that could permanently stain the linens. If linens are found to be permanently stained or damaged, we will request reimbursement for the cost of replacement. No Fireworks For your safety and to comply with local regulations, fireworks—including sparklers—are strictly prohibited at all Sojourn properties.No Pets Unfortunately, this property is not pet friendly.
