We've got you covered.We are within walking distance to downtown Dover (5 min) but just far enough that you will have a quiet and peaceful stay. We are also a 10 min drive to both Portsmouth/Kittery and UNH.The condo is one side of a duplex in a residential neighborhood. There are NO parties allowed since it is a shared space. For every additional guest who stays at the condo (in addition to the number of guests on the reservation), there is a $100 per guest fee.We have a front porch with chairs as well as a backyard with grill and dining table for your entertainment. The outdoor space is shared with the other half of the duplex.All bedrooms are upstairs which require stairs.
