You have a completely remodeled private space on the walk-out level of my home. Many windows looking out to the woods, flowers, and to watch birds and wildlife. Bright and positive space. Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom area with king bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The mini-kitchen includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table and chairs. The desk, looking out at the woods, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. The entire space is completely updated. Private entrance. This is in a quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog. Safe and secure. Amenities include: 60" HDTV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and many DVDs. I provide shampoo, conditioner, soaps, makeup remover. Hair dryer and curler. I have toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, washer and dryer supplies. Bedding, blankets, pillows, and hangers. Ironing board and iron. Walk up the driveway and down the steps. You will love the gardens, back yard area and wooded view. It is private and peaceful. Lots of wildlife, birds, and pollinators. My space would work well for a visiting nurse, an adjunct professor or business person who needs a place a couple evenings a week. Or, if you are just passing through, it is a nice space to relax before taking off on the next leg of your journey.I would entertain a conversation about long-term stays depending on length.
