We had a mixed Experience at Swiss Star Tower Location: 2/5 The hotel's location is inconvenient, with frequent train noise disrupting the peace. Cleanliness: 4/5 The room was clean and well-maintained. Hotel apartment location is good but cleaniness and service is not so good.

Excellent location; the only issue is that there’s no air conditioning or fan, and if we open the window, train sounds are very annoying. Compared to the price, it’s a good deal.

Disappointing experience at this hotel. The self-check-in process was inconvenient and the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. Additionally, the absence of any staff to assist or respond to calls made the stay even more frustrating. Not recommended

Very poor condition, blood stain on the wall and dirty bedsheets. Toilet full of dust and the bath tub is smelling. Location near the train station but feeling unsafe with a lot of drunk people on the street. We have to leave the place immediately.
