It's all self service so there's no service to comment. The hotel location is good, few minutes walking distance from the Zurich main station, but need to be careful of which exit/ side to go. The room is very small, but I don't stay at the hotel room except for sleeping for it's totally fine for me.

Although it’s just one night here, but we love and enjoy our stay at Fred Guest House! It’s just a 3-5mins walk from Zurich Station and it uses a link to unlock the door, it’s so cool! Will definitely stay here again next time

Convenient Location, Simple yet Functional Stay Check-in was easy, and the location is excellent – just a short walk from the train station and city center. Breakfast was decent, offering standard options. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but it was a bit small for couples like us, especially since we had two large luggages Despite the room size, the hotel's location and cleanliness made it a good choice for our needs. If you're looking for a convenient place to stay before catching an early train or exploring the city, I'd recommend this hotel.

The guesthouse is at a prime location, just a 3-minute walk from the train station (Zurich HBF), and it is also conveniently near several bus stations. The reception is helpful and located just across the street, offering 24-hour service via WhatsApp. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. We booked a double room, which was clean and well-maintained. Although we didn't opt for breakfast, the guesthouse provided complimentary drinks in the shared lobby. There are several supermarkets and food options nearby, making it easy to find meals. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the guesthouse and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay.

Reception was across a street away as it's a guesthouse so everything is self service. Good thing is they have a coffee with hot water machine and tea bags downstairs. Elevator only can take 1 pax with 1 luggage so do note this. I took single room so it's small enough for 1 pax and 1 luggage so not much space to put luggage but with 1 small chair and 1 luggage stand.

Best hotel in Zurich for location! The train station is right there! All shops are conveniently located. You can walk everywhere. Easy check in and out. Every one is pleasant. Rooms are not large.... Breakfast is great! We have been coming here for years and heartily recommend it

Im really love this hotel..friendly staff..clean and modern room..n luckily they upgrade my room and i got room with balcony with nice view..there is coffee machine and tea corner..very comfortable..thank you for the great service..will recommend to my friends and family if they travel to switzerland..ang one more thing near to zurich main station..15 minutes to zurich airport by train or taxi..no need to rake taxi because train near to the hotel..just walkin distance..near to the shop for groceries…fantastic location..i give 5 star for cleanliness,location and staff.
