Regarding the issue of the unavailable air-conditioned rooms, please note that our hotel uses a centralized air-conditioning system controlled by the floor for cool or warm air. On the day of your arrival, the hotel was fully booked, and due to a drop in temperature that day, many guests required warm air. Therefore, the air-conditioning was set to heating mode. We fully understand that during peak season, such arrangements fell far short of the comfort standards expected by Hilton Group and by you. Please believe that this is not our usual service standard. The high demand during peak seasons indeed poses challenges for us, but it should never compromise the guest experience. We have already started to optimize our service processes and ensure that we can provide every guest with a standard-compliant accommodation environment, even during peak periods.
