I arrived around 8:30AM and they arranged a room for me. That is very much appreciated after a 15 hour flight. Only suggestion is to provide in-room safe for convenience when out for a few hours.

We are non Chinese family and we had absolutely enjoyed everything in this hotel. Language was never a barrier, we and the staffs used translation services to communicate and they helped us with everything. We even got a free upgrade. Room was really good, clean. Bed was really comfortable. We slept really well. We are vegetarians and we were so happy to see so many options for us during breakfast. The food was all good and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staffs are really polite and made us comfortable in every way. We would definitely stay there again in future.

Services are helpful especially the laundry services. The location of the facilities is easily accessed. There are varieties food for the breakfast. The whole stay experience can be better if the customer can follow the non-smoking rule. Overall would recommend it.

We all have a nice day in Hilton hotel. All the staff are very nice especially CHI SHAN , seems we have to late arrived at that day. CHI SHAN helped us to online check-in and reserved RM 2131 to us. The view there is pretty good. Also she was intimated. She has prepared a welcome fruit plate ，slippers for child ⋯⋯so many things. We will go there normally and best wishes to all the staff.

Hotel booking with breakfast included. Their service is excellent. A shopping mall 天虹 next to it with variety of foodies. Another choice and price similar to Hyatt place Zhuhai

Pretty awesome hotel. Really clean and tidy. Service is top notch and would stay again. Central to Zhuhai with a lot of surrounding food options. Only downside is the sound proofing.

The room design of this hotel is quite modern and new. One complaint is that there is no luggage rack in the room. You need to open your luggage on the floor. Another complaint is that because the hotel is next to a sky train railway but the sound proof of the wondows is not so effective, you can hear noise when the trains go by. Therefore, it may not be good for guests who are sound sensitive when sleeping. Breakfast has only limited choice but the taste is ok. Staff are helpful and friendly. There is a shopping centre next to the hotel and you may find a supermarket in the basement of this shopping centre. It is good to the travellers.
