This should be the last time staying at this hotel, just for its proximity to the border and the high-speed railway. The facilities are starting to become outdated, and the hygiene is getting worse. The service is becoming more and more mediocre. It seems that I'm not the only one who feels this way and has this experience.

I have booked for the family room, its was like a ******* room which is so dirty and OLD ROOM with all the stains that i request to change the room. The recept suggest that i top up and change to a newer room but i need to check out the next day and check in another room. I did not wan to keep changing so i agreed to downgrade to 2 room instead of family room. But i was shock that the hotel was under renovation the next day and its was so noisy that we could not rest. I WILL APPRECIATE IF THE RECEPT SHOULD INFORM US DURING CHECK IN OR WHEN WE BOOK THE HOTEL WHICH THEY DID NOT INFORM. THE SERVICES IS LIKE ****, THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN THE ROOM DAILY AS ALL HOTEL WILL DO. WORST HOTEL, TERRIBLE SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVEN THE LOCATION IS NEAR GONGBEI PORT, THERE IS STILL ALOT HOTEL TO CHOOSE.

Good service and location hotel is quite old and had mold on the walls the windows were broken and it had the exhaust fan was not working. needs some refurbishment but overall clean just old

Same as before, I rlly like this hotel and this time it also didn’t disappoint me. I will definitely come back next time ＜3

The room smell funky and have stains on the wallpaper, fungal stains on grout isn't cleaned, etc...

About average hotel prices

Very close to gongbei border, rooms are ok, clean and budget friendly. Highly recommend to stay here if planning a day trip to Macau.

這次入住的體驗非常棒！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感到了貼心的服務！前台工作人員非常熱情！辦理入住手續非常高效！還主動為我們升級了房型，真是意外的驚喜！房間很乾凈，被單無污漬！總體下來整個入住的體驗十分好！

環境不錯，乾淨衞生，離關口近，方便，附近是市場，早餐容易解決。有三個床，還有一個小廳，適合一家大小過來住，床舒服，值得前來。沒有評價説的那麼差，真心的。

以前住過麗楓一直對這個品牌挺滿意的，特別是薰衣草的沐浴露。但這次這個非常之差。一進屋子一股外面公共廁所那種臭香味，廁所真的很大股味道，關了廁所門聞習慣了也就還好，但一進廁所還是超級濃烈的公共廁所味。隔音差，一晚上都能聽到走廊別的房間的開門關門聲，根本沒睡好。本來想着房間味道大開着窗户透氣的，但是開窗外面的車聲噪音更大，沒辦法衹能習慣這股味道。床單被套絕對沒換過，還有別人的頭髮。牆壁發黴，到處發黴的痕跡，連花灑都臟的要命根本連浴室都不想進。出去外面住酒店很少給差評，實在忍不了，好評沒辦法給。
