Very good location. Staff was so friendly and helpful. You can transfer to Wulingyuan by the bus from here.

Nice cute hotel, great location for Tianmenshan. Amenities were good. Standout was the service though, all 3 service members were incredibly helpful. The male helper (who I’m assuming is, or is one of, the managers / owners, was very kind and slowly ran through the best way / cheapest way to get to Zhangjiajie national forest park and how to manage from there, as it can be quite overwhelming at first. Very much appreciated the service and great price!

Thee is alot of construction ging on but we got another room at the other side of the hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location, situated very close to the boarding point of the Tianmen Mountain cable car, making it extremely convenient for visitors. It is also easily accessible from Zhangjiajie High-Speed Railway Station, allowing for a hassle-free journey. The front desk staff provides excellent service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests. The room offers a stunning view, is impeccably clean, and provides a comfortable stay, making it a great choice for travelers looking for both convenience and comfort.

The hotel is at the 10th floor. The owner/staff was really kind, they explain everytg and showed us our room. They let us do early checkin as we arrived early in the morning. They also allowed us to store our luggages there if necessary. The location is right behind the tianmen cable car station, less than 5 minutes walk. For those who are asking about halal food, there are two halal eateries just opposite the road, in front of the main gate of cablecar station. I use this zhongyong no 1 in Didi to drop off exactly in front of the restaurant.

This is an apartment building where different hotel operators take out different floors and we stay at the 10th floor facing the cable car base station (felt so safe staying here knowing where you should go for your journey to Tianmendong on the next day ). My room has a gorgeous view of the mountain ranges further away. It was such an awesome moment to watch an intense sunset with the sky turning from Orange to pink and yellow. Bedsheets and big towels were clean and comfortable On a separate note, I later realised those avatar peaks are all inside ZJJ national park some 1 hour away (separate zone). The famous Tianmendong near to this hotel turned out to be rather touristy and lesser iconic and I will choose to skip when I come back again

The location is soo strategic like you are close to everywhere especially the tianmenshan. It is just right behind the hotel. If u arrived at afternoon and stay for at least 2 nights, u can go to 72 wonders town and make sure ur leg is fit haha because u need to move around to catch bunch of performances at some spots at the area. The show is not really my cup of tea but it was worth for the first timer u should try. And then, The tianmenshan view is beautiful especially if u went at the right weather. We got a quite foggy and cloudy. The hotel located at 10th and 11th building of this AAlogo building (see the picts below). The room is spacious and with toilet and shower separated as requested. Food stalls are everywhere. Hallal food probably should be asked for. Lastly, thank you so much Tianmen area!

Love it! The room so big, new and so clean. The hotel located on 10th floor and downstairs there are affordable restaurants. The staffs are helpful and you can leave your luggage there after checkout. The shower water is very warm. It has great location. Looking down from the room window, you will see entrance of the cable to Tianmen mountain which you can walk from hotel just4minutes.

Superb location just across the cable car station to Tianmenshan. Many restaurants, eateries, minimarkets, even hypermarket around. Easy check in process, the hotel is located at the 10th floor. Just use didi and key in the name of the hotel. You will be dropped off right in front building. Very helpful receptionists too 👍🏻👍🏻

Near cableway station to Tianmenshan. This ‘hotel’ occupies level 10 of a building in which there are other ‘hotels’ operating the other floors. After comparing several of them in this same building with same views, this was the best one. It’s a cosy room and the receptionist was very kind when checking us in. Everything was fuss free as we only stayed one night. One suggestion would be to put an additional light source in the toilet, as it’s quite dark.

Stayed 3 nights in double room. Expectation/Reality: the room was just as good as what was expected in the pictures. It’s on the 11/10 floor of the apartment building. Security: good security, felt belonging were safe. Hygiene: very clean and cleaned frequently and consistently. Hospitality: the attendants are very competent and know about local attractions and were helpful for all requests. Social Atmosphere: it’s a hotel so it’s not a big social scene, but there is a lounge area where you can sit and read. The location is very close to the cableway and close to the bridge into the downtown area. Highly recommend.

This little hotel occupies 2 floors of an apartment building. There are many other hotels on different floors making it difficult to go up as the 2 lifts are shared with many people.

The location is great, near the Tianmen Cable Car. There's a lot of restaurants and location to eat.
