i love this hotel the receptionist is very nice even though they couldn't speak english; also the location only 10-15 minutes walk to central bus station.

Close to the Railway Station, and to the Cable Car Station, the hotel is located in an area full of places to eat. Convenient to visit Tianmen Mountain. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was very kind.

房間挺大的，窗户是靠外的，淡季來的沒啥人，很安靜，衞生條件也是完全ok的，離天門山索道站步行10分鐘左右，交通餐飲都很方便，有免費停車區，但是路有點點窄，開車來的技術差一點的需要小心一點，天門山太美了，建議一生還是要來一次的，總結這個價位住這裏不會踩坑。

老闆非常熱情 提前打電話聯繫 服務態度很好 有景區手繪地圖 獲得了很好的體驗 離天門山景區並不遠 步行幾分鐘就能到 缺點是沒有電梯 但是樓層也不高

特別推薦的一家店，辦理入住時，前台會用心介紹所定房間的樓層大小，線路規劃和景點詳細介紹，可以找老闆代訂優惠景區門票，洗衣機在哪裡洗晾曬之類的，特別貼心。退房時叮囑我們當地的注意事項，這個服務直接超越我旅行中定的絕大多數酒店。房間乾淨整潔，物品陳列有序，很用心很細節，整體風格我很喜歡，床睡的也很舒服，下次有機會去張家界旅行，還住這裏。

El hotel esta muy bien situado para ir a tianmen , esta limpio y la atención de parte los propietarios es atenta y están pendientes de ayudarte en todo lo que puedan. Como punto negativo diría que las camas están duras para poder descansar si no estás acostumbrado a este tipo de dureza.
