Excellent service from the host who helped with purchase the cable car pass and advice for each day route touring the huge park. The room was quiet and clean. But there is no elevator going up the stairs. Thankfully the host helped with carrying the luggage up to our room. The boutique hotel is very close to the east gate to the park.

The owners are very kind, especially the wive. Unfortunately we only stay for a night. The location is very lovely. Nextdoor is supermarket. The room super clean and huuuuge! She reccomended a place to dinner, we managed to walk around after and enjoy the seasonal fruit and local snack. I love the area! Very close distance walking to east gate of the zhangjiajie park.

The room was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. They patiently explained the best route to take to explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in 2 days without a guide and the instructions were really easy to follow. They can also book tickets with discounts. Note: Cable Car and Bailong Elevator tickets do not offer discounted passes to foreigners so the staff can help you book those tickets to get a discount. They also helped us do our laundry for free. The location is great. It is very close to the East Entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. At night there are street vendors open a block away with local food to try. There is an all-you-can-eat simple breakfast restaurant a block away for only 15 RMB per person and the food was decent and filling.

Walking distance to the east gate. The host was helpful to give suggestions to visit the park. I followed his plan and visited a lot of places during two days. He also bought tickets for me at a discounted price

Lovely hosts and great location. They booked all the attractions for us after spending thirty minutes discussing what we wanted to do and when considering the wet weather. Only down fall was the bed was very hard

We had a great stay, the owner was very kind. He tried his best to help us plan for the park. The walls are a bit thin, making it somewhat loud in the morning. Lastly, the bed was somewhat hard for us. In general the stay was great though with an amazing location!

This hotel is perfect if you want to visit Zhangjiajie National Park, it’s really close to the East Gate, which makes everything super convenient. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and I really liked that the sink wasn’t inside the shower area. Everything went smoothly during my stay, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great choice for anyone visiting the park!

its just 8mins walk to the zhangjiajie national park. the guy at the counter help us to arrange the route and buy us the ticket in advance. very helpful.

A good place, 8 minutes walk to zhangjiajie national park east gate. Surrounded by a lot of mini market, restaurant, which is really convenient. The receptionist will explain how to get around zhangjiajie. They also offer to help you to buy the zhangjiajie national park tickets with good price, I don't know how much, since I've bought and can't cancel

The room was a bit different to that in the Photos, but generally ok. The staff was kind why is and allow us to use for free washing machine. The room was big and just under the stairs there was a night market where you should eat delicious food. It is also at only 300m to the entrance of National park.

The owner was really nice and helped a lot with planning our routes within the park. He had some great tips for places to visit and also got us discounted entry tickets. The room was clean, although the bed was a bit hard. I recommend booking in the B section of the hotel (there are two houses that belong together) - it is still very close to the night market but not directly on the big street. The location was great - in walking distance to the east gate. There are lots of restaurants close to the hotel - in some you can even get a discount when showing the hotel card. Breakfast was a voucher for a nearby breakfast restaurant where you could order as much as you wanted. It was ok, but not strictly necessary to book since there is lots of breakfast restaurants around. We could also use the laundry machine for free and hang our clothes under the roof to dry.

The bed is ROCK hard. We hardly had any good sleep because it's like sleeping on a concrete floor. We had better bed camping. The hotel had no sign in English. We had to match the exterior with the Trip.com photos. When we enter, the receptionist guy was sleeping. The lobby area was just a mess. Most of all, there was no elevator. When we gestured for the guy to bring our luggage to our room, the 3rd floor, he just pretended to not understand. When locals checked-in, he was waiting hand and foot for them carried their luggage without question. They also don't offer water, first time on our 2 week trip in China that the accommodation don't offer water. No tea either. The saving graces of this place is its proximity to the East gate and the spacious room. The big BUT is omg, it's just so noisy. You can't sleep in because of the tour buses coming up and down the road and by 5PM, the street vendors start setting up for the night market. The night market is until 10-11PM and the rooms are right in front of the guy with loud microphone yelling, making a show. We really regretted staying here. PS. We bought park tickets from the accommodation and when we entered the park for the first time the next day, we were turned away twice. We went to see the ticket office and found out that the tickets sold to us were part of a group tour. He then asked to call the accommodation and apparently, there's a QR code that needs to be activated. The ticket office guy was obviously in an anger tone. The night before, the same receptionist guy said all's good and we just use our passport the first time we entered the park. Obviously, he didn't do his job well.
