Amazing what looks like a small hotel...but is not...big pool, sauna, all the perks...Great friendly staff...and of course a great view of Matterhorn..very good place to stay in Zermatt

釆馬特的酒店太多了！但這家酒店的女主人非常有“親和力”會和員工們一起照顧着遊客！我們退房後她會主動和我們説再見！讓我覺得“賓至如歸”的氛圍！房間設施齊全，打掃的很乾凈！早餐新鮮！快樂輕鬆的入住體驗！

Everything about this fantastic place is perfect and if I had to pick a stand-out element it would be the professionalism, kindness and friendliness of all of the staff who did absolutely everything to ensure that we all had the most wonderful holiday. The cuisine, spa, views and luxurious accommodation were all exceptional and we will return as soon as we can. Stayed there twice in September and it is the best hotel in the village. You will not find a better value for money proposition, service from the heart with a smile, the best food, a great bar, Gym, a 25 metres long pool, a Spa and even tennis. The hotel has the perfect view of the Matterhorn, all day long!

This is the first time for us to visit Zermatt, Switzerland. Very warm welcome from all staff. Nice room, good view from our balcony. Good food from breakfast buffet. Hotel location is easy to walk to shopping center and train station. ❄️🏔🌬☃️😘

Room type: Double Superior (Matterhorn View) + extra bed Nights stayed: 2 nights What we loved: - Definitely the matterhorn view on a clear day! - Shuttle bus provided to/from train station when checking in and checking out - Lovely staff overall Didn’t have time to use the pool but it was a relatively decent size pool with a sauna as well!

Amazing hotel with perfect rooms! The views were unbeatable. The spa was clean and great. The pool was amazing as well. My only complaint is why does it have to close so early? The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and nice, they really make the place special. Particular kudos to Frank, Carrie and Anna. Literally everyone we met there were so special. We have stayed many times in Zermatt and many hotels and this is by far our favorite and that is not easy to say as there are so many amazing hotels in Zermatt!

Excellent hotel with a perfect Swiss service. My friend and I got an amazing room facing the Matterhorn. Make sure you check that before booking. There's a very nice spa with a 25m heated swimming pool. We also booked the half pension choice with breakfast and dinner. Absolutely satisfied

We Spend imemorable days in this venue with the family. The hotel offers large Spa and swimming pool, excellent service and attention to clients. Rooms are spacious and well fitted, nicely decor and love to detail. The restaurant offers beside to de "A la Carte" menu also a Set menu with option to cross some dishes to A la carte. The bar is cosy and well managed. Reception and attention is inmacuwlous. We had an issue with a ski accident and one of the family members had to shortcut his holidays, I would like to highlight the attention offered and the offer to reimburse the paid room on his behalf; this is not common in a Ski resort, we valued this opportunity and promised to return next year, we are all around happy. Thank you to the tema and to the owning Family!

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at ,the facilities are first class as is location but what makes an hotel special are the staff . Every single member from spa to restaurant to front desk were so helpful and friendly . We were a large group and felt really looked after .

Customer service was impeccable from the front desk to the restaurant nothing is too much trouble. Every member of staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms hotel and spa were all spotlessly clean. The restaurant has the most amazing views of the Matterhorn which along with excellent service and the most delicious food and wine adds up to a very special experience. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

Absolutely amazing! Had the most fantastic week at the Christiania!!! The staff were unbelievable, so helpful and friendly! The owners…. Perfect!!! Hands on, not afraid of hard work and were perfect hosts in every way. The food was fantastic, each and every night and morning! Rooms were perfectly clean and the views were to die for!!! Overloaded my iPhone with Matterhorn views!! Absolutely had the most relaxing and enjoyable week ever!!! This break was really needed after a terrible 23. This week at the Christiania could not have been better or more satisfying. Thank you so much Team!!

We loved every part of our stay. Before we arrived, I asked the hotel for recommendations and they gave helpful advice. From the moment we got off the train, everything was perfect. The hotel car was waiting for us on arrival. The room and entire hotel were immaculately clean and updated (I have very high standards). Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful, cozy dining room. Every person at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The concierge was one of the best we’ve had, super responsive helping to arrange last minute taxis, getting reservations, contacting a nanny agency for a last minute babysitter etc. The spa was beautiful and never overcrowded. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We spent 10 days in this hotel with our 3 kids. The room was very beautiful and clean. The hotel itself is very charming , the spa is amazing 🤩, the stuff is extremely caring ! The hotel location is just next to the ski mountain railways ( Sunnega) which helps a lot when you are with kids or in a group. I strongly recommend !

This is a magnificent property. The breathtaking views from our balcony, the friendly service and accommodating staff, delicious breakfasts, and great cocktail bar set this resort above all others. Truly the most outstanding aspect of this resort besides the staff, is the world class spa and indoor pool. Experiencing an 80 minute massage, the steam room, sauna and ice cave in addition to the lap pool and hot tub with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn, is absolutely surreal. Franc who checked us in and brought us to our room, and then delivered champagne and snacks as a welcome for my birthday celebration was such a nice touch. The room was even pre-decorated with Happy Birthday signs for me. Being in the hotel business for 39 years, I recognize world class hospitality, and Christiana sets the standard! thank you for a memorable experience GW
