Dados Hotel

I have just got back from a 5 night stay at Jimmy's Apartments, part of Dados Hotel. The hotel/apartments are in a great location. The decor throughout is a little tired, but it is a 3* hotel and we are nearing the end of the season. However, the rooms are serviced daily. The reception staff are very welcoming, as are the bar staff. The pool area is vibrant during the day, and the bar is a nice place to meet new friends before heading out to "The Strip", in the evening. Would I return to this hotel? Yes I would, as there was nothing that overly concerned me.

The main highlight of the whole trip would have the be the bartender at this hotel. Tony was the best laugh and company to have at the bar always there to greet you and make sure you had the best night possible… and he also makes the best drinks i've ever had, The hotel its self was nice also with a great location and nice rooms.

Great location very close to the main strip, food and drinks at the bar were amazing as were all the bar staff, made you feel so welcome. However, wifi in the hotel is shocking, we were ground floor of main building and had no wifi or signal for our full stay in our rooms, we complained to reception and were told multiple times it would be fixed yet it never got sorted. Rn out of toilet roll on the first night and got no help from reception. As well as wifi and toilet we were also accused of stealing a microwave (????) from our room. There was no microwave when we arrived and I have no idea where we were supposed to put it as our suitcases were full. Why would we want to steal a microwave?????????????? How would we get out the hotel with 24/7 security with a microwave in our arms??? All in all decent hotel would probs stay again just not in the main building and would take pics of room incase we get accused of stealing a microwave again.

If you’re on a party holiday then I guess you would get what you pay for if you just wanted a dump to make your home for the week without complications. However you will be charged fines for inviting guests to your room when it clearly states that they are okay with it. I’d invited someone very pleasant back for a last conversation before she flew back home until a extremely intimidating man who I can only describe as the terminator banged on my door and told me if I don’t pay a fine on the spot I would have to leave. I thought If I kicked up a fuss I would get knocked the fu** out so I just did it to keep the peace. STAY AWAY from this place and pay the extra for somewhere nicer.

First lads holiday, perfect location 5 min walk from everything literally opposite pure if you with zante bible your patterned. Massive pool always lively and bare sun loungers. Bar staff tony, Top man 5 star service real g sorted everyone out, looked after us proper, big up mush my man always making us crease sayin yes mush everytime knows all of our slang🤣🤣🤣. 100% recommend.

I booked my first solo holiday for myself at this hotel for a week, just a week before and was not disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel, the room was clean and had everything I needed and as I didn't want to spend too much money on going out to eat, the fridge and hob were perfect. The rooms were seen to and cleaned daily and the maid was such a lovely lady. The staff were really welcoming and were able to answer any questions I had via email before my trip, and in person. The bar was great and had so many drinks options and the staff there were amazing, I unfortunately only ate food there once on my last day and wish I had gone more often. There was a supermarket shop just below where I was staying which stocked everything I needed as well as there being a large Spar about 10 minutes away for my food shopping. It is located in an excellent area, 2 minutes from Laganas beach and great restaurants which I visited many times. As I was alone I didn't go to the strip or any clubs but when I walked past it seemed lively and a great night out, however the hotel was never rowdy or too loud. Despite the reputation of Laganas being a party resort I felt extremely safe and relaxed the whole time I was there. It has helped to give me more confidence to travel to more places on my own but I will 100% be coming back next year with my friends for a girls holiday!
