Appalling experience at this Zagreb hotel! Despite booking the correct dates after the mistake, they refused to refund the wrong day I accidentally booked. Disappointing customer service. 😠🏨

This room was perfect for my stay in Zagreb. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see in the city. The room is clean and even has a stove and all kitchen utensils in case you want to eat on some days you’re there. On the last day, we went to the National Park and had nowhere to store our baggage the guy at the front desk held our stuff till 8 pm and worked extra so we could come to pick them up!! Great sat highly recommended!!

早く着いてしまったのですが、お部屋の準備ができているとのことでチェックインさせてもらいました。 アパートメントホテルで、ザグレブでひと部屋借りているような感覚です。 清潔感あり、キッチンも付いていて、数日間をここで過ごすとなったとしても快適に過ごせると思います。 立地は駅から徒歩20分ぐらい、観光地へも徒歩15分圏内ですが、歩いていればすぐなので問題ないと思います。

ホテルの方がとても気さくな方で、シャワールームもとても綺麗でした。入れた手の冷たいお水をいれてもらえて、とても嬉しかったです。地図をもらえます。ザグレブ市内への立地は最高でとても便利な場所でした。

床很軟，沖涼有頭頂花灑，水夠熱，很舒服。房門需要用力關，但自動上鎖，大廈需要鎖匙進入，security不錯。

Cute and cosy room, quiet, clean, and spacious Breakfast is served plated and freshly cooked. Mouthwatering, just amazing. The service is very professional and well explained. Staf very helpful and polite Highly recommend and well done

Good, central location, within walking distance of everything important. Unattractive exterior, largely because of graffiti, but no worse than most buildings that we saw in central Zagreb. Inside, the rooms were renovated and well set up. The three-course breakfast, served at one's table, in the quite small but attractive modern reception area, is not to be missed. The manager Adel, was particularly helpful and a good source of local information.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Doma, our host Adel was very welcoming and informative and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Set close to the city and old town. Adel gave us some great ideas for restaurants which we enjoyed immensely. All major sites were within walking distance and we also enjoyed a few of the local bars and coffee shops which were also close by.
