14 Floor Hotel

Ask for a room with a balcony if it is available. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and genuine. The room was spacious and clean. Most of all, there are lots of restaurants nearby and republic square is just a five minute walk away.

Everything near in the hotel. Perfect location, Staff so accommodating though not much good in english but very hospitable & kind. Honest review: Reception : excellent, well explained all the facilities, even where it located. Housekeeping: Excellent service. Room: Excellent, good ambiance and smell so good. Breakfast: much variety. Customer service; 24/7 active any request, fast and politely giving the best. Will definitely coming back.

Requests were declined. NO LATE CHECK IN/CHECK OUT POLICY. Ive read the policy specifically for this hotel and cant speak to anything else though. Not suitable for travellers. Not value for money. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for late check in and check out for travellers.

We stayed 2 nights for a brief stop in Yerevan and we were far from disappointed! The hotel entrance is tucked away but well signposted. The reception staff were extremely welcoming each time we saw them, they spoke good english and were always happy to help. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the name, the hotel rooms are all on the 14th floor, with reception on floor 1, and the dining area on floor 15. Our room was excellent! A little dated in decor and some signs of wear, but it was a large room split into a living area on one side and the bedroom on the other. The room had good features including a mini-fridge, toiletries, good AC and a safe - although the safe was already locked when we arrived and inaccessible (we just went without it). The best feature was the terrace! Whilst the windows were made up of frosted glass, there was a door that led to an open terrace with stunning views over Yerevan and Mount Ararat. The terrace is shared between all guests, however we rarely saw anybody out there and there was very little noise. There was a good choice at breakfast made up of hot and cold food. The dining area was large with great views from most sides, although the terrace on this floor was unfortunately closed for renovation during our stay. However, with open access to the terrace on the 14th floor below this wasn't a problem. The location of the hotel probably couldn't be better. It's in the city centre, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, parks, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the metro. Overall, it's not the most luxurious hotel you'll find, but it's great for a short stay in Yerevan and excellent value for money.

zero view from the room (think it was number 21). they say it was a mountain view room - there was no view at all. in fact, you have to get out of your room, go to a common balcony and then look out to get a view. so, what's mentioned in the room details is not exactly correct. The pictures show wine glasses on the rooftop restaurant. Its not true and is misleading. Its only meant for breakfast and has no alcohol, and does not serve anything beyond breakfast time. the first night at the hotel, while brushing my mid at around midnight, we realized that the water supply is off. Called them - they said there is some issue with the building and it will be off till 10am in the morning. I was furious. Spoke to the manager, she did try to salvage the situation by explaining and promising to call me at 6am the next morning. But she vanished after that and the staff said she is on leave. Repeated requests to staff to ask her to call back yielded no results. I don't know why the hotel never bothered to inform us the previous evening or when we checked in at round 6pm. Different employees gave different versions of the story. They said another hotel in the same premises was also facing the same issue. I called the hotel - they said they fixed the issue within 3-4 hours and their water supply was on. Ours only started at around 10.45am. Imagine waiting for water with a kid. Harrowing experience. At checkout, they gave me a discount of about 9%. But there was no apology or consideration for the fact that we had suffered. Problems can arise anywhere - but its about how you deal with them, more so in the hospitality space. This hotel completely failed me and my family. It seemed like a good property with a great location but .....Never again. (btw, the AC seems to be set at a certain point and does not provide cooling below that)

Отель не так просто найти, если приехали на такси. Говорите заехать в арку рядом с ресторанчиком Doors. Плюсы: вежливость персонала, чистота! Там работвют чистюли) видела, как вечером в 22.00 женщина протирала перила на улице, трубы металлические. Каждый день меняют полотенца и убирают в номере! В ресторане протирают столы, убирают постоянно, все достойно. Моют террасу постоянно. В отеле даже 2 террасы - одна огромная, где ресторан, и одна этажом ниже, камерная, с креслами мягкими и горшками с цветами, патио. Виден весь Ереван из номера, но! Арарат за 6 дней нам так и не показался. Брали номер с видом на него. Совет- не переплачивайте за номер, Арарат увидите с 2х террас, если он покажется. ТВ в номере не работал, мы полазили, покопались, и бросили это дело, обошлись без него. Номер 18й. Тапки есть, халатов нет. Завтраки - наесться можно, есть местный колорит - суджук, бастурма, сухофрукты хорошие местные, варенье из грецких орехов, ооочень вкусная выпечка, кексики! По кофе - вздохнем, любители хорошего. Ни капучино, ни молока рядом. Армянский кофе так называемый, в чайнике кувшин в кофеварке типа гейзерной. Я пью кофе без сахара, поэтому без молока пить такой кофе не совсем приятно, по большому счету, он невкусный. В ресторанах можно заказать капучино.
