Nice place to stay at. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was okay (could be better). Surrounding are was nice but we weren't allowed to swim in the sea so we had to spend most of the time near the pool.

The hotel is amazing with a splendid rooftop pool. Many entertainment activities on their private beach The kids enjoyed a lot!

All together wasn’t worth of price unfortunately, cleaning was not really perfect. (The floor full of dust). At least the beds are really comfortable and clean to have a good sleep. In the room no coffee option even when I used the 4 peace of tea bag they not replace it. (No fridge either) Breakfast ALWAYS the same and only Chinese food, don’t have lot of options (no coffee, no vegetables)… The elevator super slow 😖😁🫣

The hotel location is excellent, directly in front of the sea, have a very nice view👍. The hotel facilities are very good and the rooms are very clean, every day they changed bed cover and bed sheet. Have 2 swimming pools, one is in downstairs and the another one is up, which have a very nice and romantic view. The only thing that we didn’t like was the buffet breakfast which was really very bad and no have any western food which can we eat?! All for Chinese breakfast and no have any fruits… no have any vegetables.

The location was the best aspect of this hotel. The reception service needs to be improved. They should provide the staff members a proper training on how to receive foreigners and people in general. The breakfast was the same for a week. The breakfast buffet didn't have any bread, butter, cheese,jam and coffee. After the typhoon the hotel waterpark wasn't cleaned for 2 days so we felt like our time and money was wasted. Even when the waterpark was open the pools were not very clean. The beach service is another terrible story. The guards provided by the hotel didn't let us properly swim even when the sea was calm , they just wanted us to pay for their boats and other attractions( cause they didn't let people properly swim they thought we would have to pay for other attractions. )We had to take a taxi to Dajiao bay , where the service was excellent.And last but not least , the cleaners left the gargabe in the corridor for 3 days , it smelled terrible.

十一假期來這裏旅遊，酒店下去走幾步就是沙灘🏖挺方便的，房間也很大，假期 700 左右的價格能接受吧，平時估計也就值 200 多差不多了， 由於我的是海景房雖是直接看到海，但是晚上 12 點多都還有那些人在海邊騎車特別吵，一大早 6 點 就又開始吵了，基本都沒怎麼休息

房間超級大，陽台也大，沒有黴味（每年都來陽江，終於找到一家沒黴味的酒店了，因為靠海很多酒店有輕微的黴味），樓下就是海灘，一分鐘就到。酒店就在十里銀灘旁邊，非常方便。怕吵的朋友推薦住山景房，海景房晚上有人房煙花有點吵。無邊泳池也很棒，可惜時間太緊沒時間享用，下次再來

二刷了！樓下吃喝玩齊全！ 天際泳池:好漂亮 衞生：衞生一直很好，平時對酒店床要求很高，這家床舒服，乾淨！ 服務：服務很好，一開始洗手盆不下水，一打電話服務員就來了，而且是我們不會操作而已。

設施老舊破舊，服務差。空調破舊轟隆隆的跟火車一樣，半夜十一點多空調異響，讓前台協調換個房間，前台通知客服過來看，確認異響後，説沒有權利換房間，必須先通知空調維修部。我説：又不是旺季，又不是週末，又不是滿房沒有房間。半夜三更空調壞了，換個房間還要分有沒有權利？她們説必須先通知空調維修部。半夜快十二點，維修部來人確認後才給換了房間。吹風機小破舊。小男孩短髮沒吹乾就罷工了，女的根本別想吹頭短髮。打電話和前台協商換房間，電話一直不接，或者一句話不講完，電話就被他們掛掉，還説是我自己掛的，我要換房間，事情還沒説，一句話都講不完，我掛電話幹嘛？

房間很寬敞舒服，海景房真的名副其實，很漂亮！無邊泳池風景美麗，也很好玩，就是時間緊沒去全海景泳池玩了。這裏的海真的很漂亮，不過很感謝天共作美，拍照很出彩。不過第二天就是🌅被雲團遮住了，不過也不影響這風景的美~

房間很大，很寬敞。 設施：設施一般，中式風格。 衞生：不錯，阿姨都有天天搞。就是房間衹得一個垃圾桶。有點少。 環境：酒店前面就是沙灘，非常寬闊的沙灘，而且是免費的。小孩玩得不亦樂乎。 天際泳池:泳池拍照出片

房間很大，兩張1.5米的床，住了我們一家4口。周圍環境不錯，頂樓有天際泳池（必須要戴泳帽才能下水），樓下有4個泳池，都是刷房卡就可以免費不限時玩。陽台有晾衣桿，房間裏有十幾個衣架，這點做得很好。小型保險櫃使用也很方便。周圍有很多小餐館，第一天跑到保利美食街，價格很貴，第二天在酒店旁的大排檔，價格便宜不少，但早餐點心之類的還是比我們清遠貴好多

下高速後十分鐘就到酒店。房間很寬敞，完全沒有一點黴味。陽台很大，景觀很優秀，落地窗隔音不錯，晚上關上門，除了聽到一點煙花的爆破聲，其他時候都很安靜。裝修是中式的，設施維護得可以。天際泳池跟北洛的沒法比😂，小童玩水區也略顯無聊。但樓下就是超級長的海岸線，人不多，可惜不能下去游泳，但玩玩沙泡泡水是沒問題的。辦理入住退房都很快，但有一點做得不夠細緻，我們訂了3晚，但停車竟然衹登記了第一二天，第四天離開的時候，出場才發現要付停車費，又回頭重新登記，這些細節應該可以做得更好的。
