Flew in late from Xi’an and chose to stay here because I’ve never stayed at the Airline hotels before. Housekeeping staff is nice and they let me check out an hour late. I just stayed there one night because I was taking the ferry to Zhangzhou Pisces Island. The ferry terminal is 11 minutes away. Comfortable, clean, and decorated nice. The fish are lovely.  Thanks for the free gift of tea/snacks, and the fruit and the elevator corridor. Staff really kind at front desk. Just 25 minutes from the airport and next to a pretty lake. 

The lake view was very very good. Nice of them to give free night snacks available from 10-11pm as well (pictured)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Service quality was top notch, and the rooms were very pleasant and very clean. The lake view was the icing on the cake. I was glad I had time to check out the swimming pool and gym, with their gorgeous views. The late night supper was a lovely touch, and the personalised service is something I have never experienced before at such a big hotel. Will be back!

We got an upgrade to Executive room and a welcome gift consisting of dried fruits and tea. The room is spacious and clean. Because of the dry winter weather there was a humidifier. There is free parking at the entrance. I can recommend this hotel.

Xiamen Lakeside Hotel is a great place to stay. We stayed over there from 12/23/24 to 12/25/24 and 12/27/24 to 12/28/24 for our family reunion in the holidays. In addition, we participated the Christmas Party. The food is great. It is conveniently located closeby the airport. The airport shuttle is also available. The guest services is excellent. We really appreciated to Ms. Cin Wu for arranging the boat tour to Gulanyu and Little Kinmen. I am not familiar with the Weixin Wallet payment system. Could not get it to work before our arrival. Due to our tight schedule, Cin took one step ahead and arranged the payment for us. I could not ask for more. If I visit Xiamen next time, I will definitely stay at Xiamen Lakeside Hotel. 廈門金雁酒店是個很好的旅店。 我們從24年12月23日到24年12月25日以及24年12月27日到24年12月28日住在那裡，回你家，與家人在假期團聚。 此外，我們也參加了聖誕晚會。 食物很棒。位置便利，靠近機場。飯店也提供機場接駁車服務。 賓客服務非常好。 我們非常感謝吳辛筎小姐幫忙安排鼓浪嶼和小金門的遊覽。我對微信錢包支付系統不熟悉。 在我們到達之前無法讓它工作。 由於時間緊迫，吳小姐提前為我們安排了付款。 我不能要求更多了。如果下次來廈門，我一定還會入住廈門西湖大飯店。

Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Like 晶晶 and 小刘 who offered their help to us (two elderly above 72 years old) to carry our luggages to the room without hesitation. Showed that they are caring and respectful to old people. 小刘 even went an extra mile to check that our arrival in Kinmen is safe and smooth. When checking out, the two young ladies Ms 郑 and Ms 杨 were concerned about our stay at the hotel. They were very courteous. Knowing that we are heading to Kinmen, they wished us a great trip ahead Ya. The breakfast was very good too. There are lots of choices ranging from western food to local delight. Overall the experience at Xiamen Airline Lakeside Hotel is wonderful.

Lovely stay, wonderful food, especially the midnight snack and breakfast! Make sure to ask for a non-smoking room if you are not a smoker. Will definitely be back!

hotel is close to airport. kind staff. they provide free supper buffet as well which is an add on!

The service was good and one of the staff asked to add my WeChat and also told me that I could ask for any assistance via WeChat and the hotel would assist...I was also told about the complimentary supper service available every night and it was very nice with local Xiamen dishes such as seafood noodle soup, peanut soup etc available. The pool had a great floor to ceiling window with views of the lake..location also quite good, cable channels had alot of international channels which isn't true for all China hotels,recommended if in Xiamen...

Excellent hotel that took care of the details 1. Supper in evening 2. Shuttle to airport (incl personalised service to inform when it was time, fm Willian who was suppose to be off duty) 3. Travelled with v elderly parents (~90years& 80) and staff Willian noticed and took the initiative to highlight that the room we booked only had a bathtub which could be a fall risk. He offered to look for an alternative with a shower room. The attention and service was impeccable. Highly recommend the hotel.

I highly recommend Xiamen Airlines Hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. Great breakfast buffet and the complimentary late night snacks were a fantastic touch. The front desk staff were courteous and very helpful.

A home away from home. Hospitality warm reception.
