The hotel is fantastic and we always stay there when traveling to Xiamen. Great facilities and welcoming staff, although the restaurant we visited inside the hotel was poor. The restaurant was the Italian on the ground floor of the hotel. We ordered a variety of starters and main meals, although they were brought out at different times and effectively we all ate alone. I stressed the point that can all the starters and main meals be brought at the same time and the response was they take different times to cook, I found this astonishing and surely the chefs could of altered this to meet our demands. The staff within the restaurant were poor at best, they didn’t ask how our meal was, even though we left most of it. In conclusion the hotel is wonderful, but if you’re thinking of eating in the Italian I would definitely not advise as the treatment and money we spent was not worth the value at all.

Another amazing stay. My room overlooked the pool and lake. Super relaxing and right in the middle of coffee street and bar street. I’ll be back again.

That hotel was awesome! Comfy rooms, great stuff, and the staff were super nice and helpful, especially Anya at the front desk. Everyone was so courteous and willing to help. It was so relaxing, I'd totally recommend it.

Marco Polo has the best staff service of all the 5 stars hotel i have ever been in Xiamen and Guangzhou. I was helped and welcomed buy Ivy and her manager. Everything was great , the Cabana room that i stayed is very unique and give the guests the feeling of beach front resorts!!!!

10 minutes drive from Xiamen railway station and 20 minutes drive from the Airport. Nice area with restaurants, parks and not too much traffic. Also close to a subway station . Gym, sauna, pool and breakfast were all good. Can pay for using the business lounge but this has limited benefits. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

I had a comfortable stay here. My room was upgraded for free! It was easy to go around as well since the hotel is in a good location. And just across the street, there’s a park!

I have been staying at the Marco Polo Xiamen many times over the last 20 years. Location is great for me an I like the hotel but the rooms are getting old and tired. Particularly I do not like carpets in hotel bedrooms. They are impossible to keep perfectly clean and at the Marco Polo they are starting to smell.

The hotel staffs are all friendly, nice and very helpful ! The room is clean and tidy, the location is perfect and you can find some cafes and restaurants nearby. The most attractive one is the lakeside park is just opposite to the hotel. The overall experience is good !

Had a short stay at Marco Polo while visiting friends. We’ve stayed here many times, and this was another great experience. The staff were friendly and professional as always. The room was clean and comfortable (though they are getting slightly old and dated now compared to competitors). The hotel is popular with foreigners because of the location - this area of Siming is very cosmopolitan with lots of restaurants, cafes etc. the reception area and lounge is also nicely designed and comfortable.

As stayed in this hotel twice. It was recommended by our local partner. The hotel has its luxury ambience. Big rooms Reception always offYer upgrade. Delicious breakfast with all the international food choices including sushi salads fresh juices and pastries.

When I visit Xiamen I always stay here. They have a great location for sightseeing, restaurants, and bars. The hotel staff is always friendly and welcoming. The pool is nice and has a wonderful view. The beds are nice and comfy.

Service is very good, front desk is fast and prompt, I had a free upgrade, break fast is super, only problem is rooms are old specifically bathroom, need room renovation.

We had a wonderful stay at Marco Polo Xiamen. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendly service made our visit truly enjoyable. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

The hotel’s staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager,Vincent was patiently listened and solved our questions. My husband and I stayed at the seventh floor and they’ve provided afternoon tea for the executive floor members. The executive lounge was super clean,quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea.
