Great customer service! Include 10 pieces free laundry everyday. Breakfast was good! Each staff was friendly and helpful. If reception can speak basic english it will be perfect. It will make the social interaction so much more friendlier.

Regarding accommodation, I am generally satisfied with the environment and facilities. The staff's attitude during check-in and check-out was very friendly. However, laundry services present a significant limitation: staff informed me that laundry cannot be processed after 8:00 PM. If I happen to return late from outings and need to catch a flight the next day, this restriction becomes inconvenient. I had to request assistance to wash my clothes in advance and then ask them to dry them, which might delay the process until the next morning. I believe there is room for improvement here. Notably, I had already communicated this concern to the staff two days ago, but the issue persisted the following night, indicating potential gaps in inter-shift communication or system handovers .

Room was well equipped with amenities, bed was comfortable, overall we had a good stay here. We were served by 阳紫.

Well located hotel about a 5-10 minute walk to the city wall and 20min walk to the popular eat streets. A few large malls and the closest metro (below the mall) are also about a 10 min walk away! The room was larger than expected and clean, house kept everyday. Special shout out to the young lady Wan Zi (Tian) for her excellent service, the other service staff were also helpful but we mainly interacted with Wan Zi who helped us from check in to check out and shared her WeChat details to share her own travel guide and even went and helped us to find a massage spot! The hotel offers free sweet soup in the evenings and she would send us a photo of what it was everyday and asked if we needed a couple bowls saved if we were out which was very sweet. They offer laundry service but due to hygiene don’t wash undies and socks so we would recommend you to get this done at your other accommodation (if possible) before coming. Gym is also sufficient, breakfast had a huge variety of options, mainly catered to eastern/Chinese diet but had enough western options for a well balanced diet (yoghurt, eggs, toast, fruit etc). There’s currently construction at the neighbouring property so ask for a quieter room if coming to stay soon! Otherwise, we’d highly recommend staying here especially for the price point :)

I was pleasantly surprised by my first choice of this hotel in Xi'an. As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, a bellhop came over to help with my luggage. The attention to detail was perfect! The hotel staff were all very friendly and their attitude was top-notch! The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. Both Chinese and foreign guests can enjoy various delicacies here, and many authentic dishes are popular among both domestic and international guests. There is also a gym and free laundry service! The transportation is extremely convenient! It's less than 500 meters from the "Yongningmen" station of Line 2. Moreover, the hotel arranged a car to directly take us to the airport, which was so convenient! I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel! Both the hardware facilities and software services are first-class. The room was decorated with great style and all the equipment was in good working order. The hotel staff were all professional and friendly, making my stay here a wonderful experience. I give it a five-star rating without hesitation! It's a great place to stay and a very pleasant experience for me. The hotel atmosphere is very modern. Whether it's the rooms, staff service or the restaurant, it gives me a very fresh feeling. As a person who loves traveling frequently, I think I would give it a very high evaluation. I'm looking forward to my next stay and I will also recommend it to my friends! Since I don't have a mainland mobile phone number, I could only communicate with her via WeChat. She always responded promptly and helped me solve my problems. When I checked in at the hotel, she would also offer me tea and share the English version of the travel guide, which was a great help for my trip! She would also introduce various scenic spots to me, send me the locations of the spots, and guide me on how to purchase tickets. Thank you very much for all these! She would reserve sweet soup for me every night, which was very delicious! She would also help me order takeout to taste the local specialties in Xi'an! Shout out to purple and sarah for their fantastic hospitality, they were very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. They also called me daily for the complimentary dessert at night, it is good after sightseeing for a whole day. You can also request for a fan if the room temperature is too warm. This hotel also provides complimentary laundry service however its not applicable to your under garments and socks, you need to hand wash those yourself. Will definitely be staying here again😃

We are family traveler with 5 people and 1 child for 5 days in this hotel, first time we get from our didi car the staff is very helpful with our baggage. We can speak chinese but the staff of this hotel is very helpful espesially mr pearl in our first day at hotel. In the last day we have problem because we got some missing item maybe because some misscommunication but gratefully the front desk staff espesially mrs dan zi is very helpfully. We got souvenir before we check out and there is free shuttle to aiport too... This hotel is very awesome!!! The family room was spacious, clean with very classy decor. Beds were super comfortable. Upon checking in, we were presented with a lovely afternoon tea set with biscuits and fruits. Very warm and hospitable staff who greet and offer us warm or cold water before we leave the hotel each day. They have a nice warm (free) dessert each evening served at the lobby. It changes daily. Good and delicious breakfast spread. I booked an extra night as my flight was a midnight flight. The manager, Xia Feng (夏丰), who was on duty went the extra mile to give us a farewell gift and bid us a warm farewell. The hotel provides a free transfer to the airport which is a wonderful service. Location is perfect to explore Nanmen (南门), City wall (城墙） & Beilin (碑林) area...5 min walk from hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel. The staff made us feel at home!

This hotel is good. Generally, the room has good lighting and is very clean. It is spacious - one of the biggest I have seen for this price level. The bed is soft and comfortable, very cozy. The sound insulation is good. I'm very satisfied. The hotel is in a good location - near to the South Gate of the city wall. Metro is about 10 mins walk away and it's very convenient to get around. However, we tended to take didi to go around. Too cold to walk in winter.  The facilities inside the hotel are simple and clean. The service staff have good attitude, are friendly and warm. This hotel is really great and I will choose it again next time. To add on, there are many shopping malls like SKP nearby and a lot of delicious food like mutton stewed in bread and meat in a bun.  Entertainment facilities inside the hotel is simple. are also complete. The room is provided with a sizable TV.  the bathroom in the room is separated into shower and toilet areas. There are also disposable toilet seat covers and sweet soup that is very delicious! The front desk arranged a room for me, which is very quiet at night. The orientation of the room is very good, filled with sunlight. At this hotel, I experienced the perfect combination of quality service and a comfortable environment. I also want to praise all the hotel staff, especially the housekeeper, Wanzi and Ms. Tian. Their service attitude is very good. Because we wanted to have delicious food in the hotel room at night, she taught us how to order takeout. She also reserved sweet soup for us every day, which was very warm-hearted. She also sent me a travel guide for Xi'an, which was really nice! Finally, she gave me a shadow puppet, a non-material cultural heritage of Shaanxi Province. It's very beautiful. I will come to Xi'an again for a trip and stay here again.

It was such a great stay. The location was good, the facilities were satisfactory enough. The room was wide and clean. Hotel staffs were also very friendly, especially the staff, Tian, was really impressive. She was very helpful for us who couldn’t speak Chinese at all. Through wechat, she always tried to help and cafe us. I really appreciate her kindness. Totally, it was wonderful experience. I want to stay here next time too.

I booked this hotel because of the stellar reviews and can I just say this hotel did not disappoint. The service has been truly exceptional! They add you on wechat, so communication was easy. I asked them anything and bless their hearts they have responded to all my silly questions and needs that include the location of a make up store, massage spa recommendation and even helped me when I got scammed. The room is really nice. I think I got the cheapest room but it is actually huge. It is very clean. My room and the entire hotel smelled so nice! They give me free breakfast! The food is different everyday! They also have a free laundry service! I felt so pampered! Location might not be ideal if you are using the metro. It is about a 10 min walk to the nearest metro and the south gate entrance of the city wall. But it wasn't really a big deal for me because I used Didi all the time. If you like Shopping, KSP is just a 5 min walk. And the other mall is about 7 mins. My stay in Xi'an was really special because of this hotel. First time from Korea to Xi 'an Yunhe Night Park Hotel is really great, the hotel location is very good, close to Line 2 Yongning Gate and Line 4 Heping Gate, so I can go anywhere is very convenient, the clock tower SKP is also very close, really good location, check-in into the lobby gives me a low-key elegant feeling. When we entered the lobby, Maruko-chan greeted us warmly and kindly. Maruko-chan helped us carry our luggage, poured us tea, and introduced us to the attractions near the hotel. The hotel owner really needs to praise this little sister! Really nice little girl! After entering the room, we will also be introduced to the use of facilities and equipment in the room. The room sound insulation effect is very good, the mattress is very comfortable, the service staff are very professional, because we do not have a mainland mobile phone to order takeout is very troublesome, Maruko little sister will ask us what we want to eat, she will help us order takeout, delivery will be delivered to the room, really sweet! This hotel is beyond my expectation. The service is amazing. Every staff, Ms. Sung, Ms. Rong and other staff I did not get a chance to ask for their names, are very polite, friendly, and accommodating. Despite on the hotel description saying that the staff only speak Chinese, they are very eager to use translation app and communicate with me in English. Some staff's English is also very good. I did not have any trouble communicating with them. They also help me book Shaanxi Archaeology Museum tickets which has to be booked through *******. Other than the impeccable service, the hotel is very clean and spacious. They have fruits and snacks for us at the room everyday. On the night before we leave, the staff also brought us peach gum dessert. Overall I really enjoy my time here and if I come back to Xi'an I'll definitely stay here again!
