A clean modern hotel. Very good value at the price we paid. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was ok but a bit too much meat for us. We managed to get noodles without chicken powder which I think they found confusing! We are vegetarian. No black coffee. A short taxi ride to the song of everlasting sorrow.

the location is excellent as very close to metro station. Wise to travel from xi an shi to lintong by metro. It's very convenient. The room is big and clean.

Great hotel!!! The front desk was helpful and kind. They offer a lot of information about touristic places.

comfortable bed. Very near metro. Just that I am not able to get hot shower even turn the tap to hot. Room clean. Lobby space big.

I stayed here for two nights and can’t say enough good things about it. The room is big and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. I believe the amenities are nicer than many hotels in the same price range. The breakfast has many vegetable options which I like (but not vegetarian, as they are cooked in animal fats or broth). The location is unbeatable if you come to watch the late night show of Song of Eternal Regret (长恨歌）like me， - it is only a stroll to and from the theater which is located in the famous Huaqing Palace, I recommend this hotel without reservation.

此次為探親之旅（2025－08／10～18），為便利臨潼家人走動，特於後四日行程選住在親戚家對面的「康鉑酒店（西安臨潼兵馬俑西花園地鐵站店）」，其位置即在西安地鐵九號線「西花園站Ｃ出入口」，對面是「唐御坊」。個人評論僅單就酒店自身管理而評，係本人親身四天感受而言，亦係僅代表個人觀點而已，對於其他入住房客因其素質或其他因素等造成酒店之缺失（如樓道吸煙、大聲喧嘩、搶進電梯、鄰街工程等……），則不可咎於酒店。一、該酒店房價附有早餐，價格十分便宜，房間非常乾淨，無從挑剔；惟未用餐，早餐不予置評。二、房間隔音不佳，在走道上完全可聽清房內住客的談話，反之亦然，鄰近房內如有大聲喧嘩者，亦可聽清；惟此乃係除酒店自身硬件問題，亦有入住房客其素質問題，本人十分理解。三、該酒店係以機器人送餐，堪稱先進；惟係由外賣送餐員自行將餐點放入，之後再由機器人送至房間門口，此時本人開啟後發現餐點已翻灑，卻無法得知是送餐員自身未放妥導致翻灑，抑或是機器人行進中翻灑，造成難以究責，希望爾後由貴酒店前台人員“監督”外賣送餐員妥為放置後，再行送餐，以清責任。四、本人個人認為該酒店非常之好並無不適，且本人親戚皆在西安及臨潼，故深知應對，惟提醒台灣（境外）旅客，該酒店較接地氣，應該是接待內地旅客居多，相對境外旅客入住應該極其之少，且暑期多為家庭親子旅遊，難免吵雜，倘認為無法適應，則不建議選此酒店。五、該酒店於本人11年前首次前來臨潼應即存在，想必多年後在管理上應有顯著之進步，期望再接再厲。

這家酒店的免費VIP投影一直是我最喜歡的地方，我也來過這家酒店很多次了，每一次的服務都很好，前台的小楊非常熱情，以後有機會還會再來的。

晚上12點看完長恨歌還帶着娃就定了一個近點的酒店。這個酒店房間出乎意料的大，我和我爸在裏面練八段錦，哈哈哈。 孩子在床上打滾，玩得很歡樂。 送了我們一份孩子的早餐，孩子説這次住了10個酒店最喜歡這個。

房間寬敞明亮， 設施齊全，乾淨衞生，服務態度很好，早餐豐盛可口，交通便利停車方便！

房間有很多的毛髮，衞生比較差，看完長恨歌回來的比較晚了所有沒有説，不推薦住，衞生有點差，大家自己看吧，我睡了一晚上身上都是小紅點。

酒店很好，各方面都不錯，門口就是地鐵站，早餐也不錯，樓下有個門面買小吃的也挺好的。如果在服務員方面再提高一點就更好了
