Super Friendly & Attentive front desk. Convenient store just beside the hotel! 24 hour self service laundry room (washing machine + dryer) with free detergent, sanitizer & fabric softener. If you are washing in the middle the night, they are also able to help you transfer the washed clothes into the dryer. The location is also just beside a shopping mall with supermarket & high end luxury brands. Great for shopping before the end of the day. It is also super near different attraction spots & train station. Recommend it very much! Will stay again :)

Great location, sound isolation also good. Friendly staff and free date tea was nice to have. Only complaint is that there is only 1 elevator for 9 floors so it is very slow sometimes

The hotel hits all the right points at a very competitive price. There really is not a single thing I could suggest that would have made our stay better. The laundry was a godsend. The staff were very helpful in responding to our questions in spite of the language barrier.

The hotel is near many department stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is okay. They offered free porridges at night. Hard to find parking. No space for drop off and pick up.

Excellent customer service. In particular, Ms Tangyuan at the Front Desk who has gone extra miles to help us. We have a wonderful stay at Wuxi, thanks to the hospitality, services by the hotel.

We had a great and relaxing time at Atour. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a wonderful city view at night. The location is excellent, and it was easy for us to go anywhere in Wuxi. What stood out to us the most were the staff: They were nice, accommodating, and provided excellent recommendations to restaurants and sightseeing spots. We were able to check in early so that we could start sightseeing right after we got off the train! Thank you for giving us a wonderful time, 柏辰, 小乐, 千叶, 优格, 韩函! We will stay at Atour again the next time we visit Wuxi. 我们在亚朵度过了愉快的时光。房间干净整洁，宽敞明亮，还能看到漂亮的夜景。地理位置也很方便，可步行至直达景点的地铁站公交站，和许多好吃的馆子。前台的工作人员特别棒，不仅在入住和退房时给了我们可爱的小礼物，还给我们的出行计划很多很好的建议，这让我们对无锡和亚朵都留下了深刻的印象。谢谢你，柏辰, 小乐, 千叶, 优格, 和韩函！

Room is nice, clean and functional. Our family especially love the bed and pillows. The location is very right in the city Centre. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very enjoyable. The only downside is the lift. There is only one lift in the hotel. So lots of traffics in peak time.

I met with 2 pretty girls at front desk of hotel (one is Tangyuan, another call Baichen), they have good service experiences and attitude to serve every customer who came to hotel. I have good memories with them. I will book this hotel once we go to Wuxi of China again.
