The best guesthouse I have ever stayed in. The best host, the best service, the best hospitality! This place is highly recommended, you won’t regret booking here. The price is incomparable with the service you received. The room says it comes with breakfast but we ate their food all the time😅(breakfast, lunch, teatime, dinner). Free flow of fruits, hot water, you can use their kitchen to cook. It made us feel home its like going back to your grandparents house. The host offered us to sleep in the other room and leave our luggage in the original room just because our window handle was broken and the room gets colder at night but we refused because we didn’t want to trouble the host for a small minor issues. Plus the blanket was so thick we slept like a baby. We were out of our budget to go for the mountain’s activities plus it was extremely cold, and the host took us out to try various outdoor games like sliding, tubing, and games that I didn’t even know what they are called and all these are for free! My friend’s boots were mistakenly worn by other guest who just left and the host drove my friend off to chase the bus and search for the boots, so responsible! We ate lots of their food and they only charged 10yuan for 2 people (so cheap!) and by the time I wanted to pay, I didn’t have small change and took out 100yuan, the host immediately refused to take the money and said “no need”. I felt like crying instantly as to how kind this host is and this really touched our hearts. We wish to comeback in the future and stay longer!

I rarely write review.BUT PLEASE if you guys ever come to wuchang this is the best for you to stay. You won’t get 5 star accommodation but you will get 1000 stars of hospitality. They are the best host I ever met. So kind,so warm and so helpful. They make sure our stay was pleasant. Making sure the kids have a good time. They like to play with the kids. My daughter usually doesn’t get well with the strangers,but she get attached to the host the first time we step in to the hotel. If i ever come back to Harbin i will stay here longer. This place make me fall in love with my Harbin trip. If I only stay in Harbin I might find this trip is not a memorable one.

We are so happy with our stay here! The host family is incredibly kind, friendly, and caring. They took excellent care of us, even providing proper attire and shoes for the heavy winter weather. They generously allowed us to use the kitchen and pick vegetables, onions, and eggs at no extra cost.
We enjoyed walking through the charming village as the owner personally assisted and guided us. We also had so much fun playing tube sliding right in front of the house, fishing in the frozen river, and exploring beautiful spots for sightseeing and play. The hosts even drove us to various places without charging anything, making us feel truly at home.
Our 4-day, 3-night stay was so lovely and comfortable that we left with happy tears, already wishing to return. This was the best stay I’ve ever experienced, and I hope to come back soon with my family and friends. Thank you so much for everything!

The service of the room is very good, the people are attentive, the food is delicious, and the owner of the room is very helpful, whether it is arranging a car from Harbin to the accommodation.
I forgot my bag on the mountain and the owner of the room was able to deliver it to Harbin, which was very impressive. The owner of the room is quite attentive to customers and friendly.
There are many snow activities to choose from, such as snowmobiling, snow slides, and more.
It was so happy and worth staying here. I really like it here. If I have a chance, I will come back again.

We are probably a few foreigners who stay in Xie Gu (Snow Valley) instead of Snow Town. The owner of the inn is very nice and the hospitality is top notch. He helped us to arrange the transfer from Harbin via the share bus. This reduces the travel time greatly.
Upon arrival, his father came to pick us up from the bus stop. This ensures that we are not getting off at the wrong stop.
The inn itself is clean, comfortable and the food is very good. I recommend ordering a fresh fish which will be caught at the nearby canal.
The trekking to the Snow Town is a must and there will be a shuttle to bring you back in the evening.
For those who are lazy, the first 5 kilometres you can ride a horse and during the uphill around 5 kilometres you can take snowmobiles. The entire route is around 15 kilometres.
Overall highly recommended.
It is better than I expected which made me extend my stay.

我們定的是最大的一個房間，一家人住在一起，非常方便👌🏻。年三十，在這裏過年，讓我們感受到了濃濃的年味，過了一次東北味十足的年，很是難忘。到現在回憶起來，還是回味無窮。老闆，很熱心，很熱情，各方面都有考慮到，也有照顧到。早餐乾淨衞生，午晚餐可以自己點餐，還有鐵鍋燉可以吃。客棧門口，小朋友也可以放心的玩雪，各種玩雪的工具老闆都有準備。上山玩的時候，老闆也貼心的準備了防雪套，可以防止雪灌到腿腳裏。

房間很乾凈，老闆免費給我們4人間升了6人間，住的很舒服。他們家做的飯菜也很好吃，明碼標價價格合理，尤其鍋包肉做的很好吃👍🏻老闆很熱情，免費借給我們雪夾和雪套，還幫我們燃了小篝火，免費k歌🥰狗熊嶺特別美，工作人員帶玩也很熱情，玩得非常盡興❄️整個行程雖然出了點小差錯，但整體還是非常不錯的，雪谷比雪鄉好玩太多，希望老闆生意興隆🔥

老闆服務很好，幫忙安排來回雪谷的班車，包接送到民宿，還提供一些雪谷的遊玩建議，去穿越羊山還能送到入口包接來回，凍柿子凍梨隨便吃，潑水成冰隨便玩，有啥需要主動跟老闆提都會盡量提供幫助，民宿提供早飯，午飯晚飯不想出去吃還可以直接在店裡吃，店裡的食材大多是家養的，價格在雪谷也很公道，明碼標價，沒有隱形消費。
雪谷條件有限，不能以市區標準要求，這邊的住宿條件達到平均水平以上的。
旁邊還有一個小型滑雪樂園，有一些自費的遊樂項目，也是一個玩雪好去處。

非常滿意 去雪鄉前先聯繫了老闆 幫忙包了來回哈爾濱的車 住了一晚上 第二天老闆父親帶我們去了狗熊嶺 路上就決定續住一晚 下午去河裡撈魚 晚上老闆媽媽加工的 味道很棒 第一次吃鍋包肉 味道也非常的好 小老闆一家人非常厚道 明碼實價 熱情周到 總之非常滿意
