The property and the ambience is lovely. The view from the restaurant garden is very pleasant and beautiful. The room size, bathroom size and amenities were good. We faced 1 major problem to be precise which made us a bit sore. Cleanliness - the room was clean except for the carpet. It didn’t feel like it was vacuumed. There was probably a pet staying in that room before us and there was a lot of hair on the carpet. I understand it is a pet friendly property and I have absolutely no problem with that. But cleaning the room properly before the next checkin is a basic expectation. We couldn’t step on the floor without our feet being covered with hair. Apart from that, everything else was very good. Breakfast was also good and the customer service was very polite and hospitable as well.

Lovely traditional hotel in extensive grounds. Very dog friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.

Room was a good size. Plenty of parking available. Swimming pool was nice. Nice view of the lake from the gardens. Very friendly staff. Lovely food. Pleasant gardens. The lounge was relaxing with nice sofa . Some minor issues: Lack of shower pressure ， toilet wouldn't flush properly, blood stain on the floor of the toilet, took ages to get hot water through for showering

A beautiful property. Everything is very clean and location very good. Service staff also very friendly, makes you come back and order more. We took a bigger room as had luggage for comfort. Everything went well. Very close to a hike trail with nice top views of Windermere lake

Was a very enjoyable stay,friendly atmosphere very good services, amenities were good even had a dip in the pool before going out.

The breakfast was bad and made members of the party I’ll due to its poor quality. Our shower only worked every now and then which really wrecked the feeling of the holiday. In addition they had far too few staff to actually run the hotel with only enough for about 4 parties to have dinner at the hotel. Will not be heading back.

酒店整體裝飾很有英式風格 而且還是寵物友好的 房間算是在英國住過最大的酒店了 該有的都有 令色好 很適合來度假 酒店還贈送了早餐 非常棒!

酒店離小鎮很近去哪都很方便，性價比算起來比較好了，酒店服務也挺好的
