總體感覺非常不錯，前台的小姐姐比較客氣和禮貌，旁邊餐館的服務員素質也比較高，對待顧客還是非常禮貌的，那天早上趕飛機，讓服務員安排打包，她們非常配合。如果要去Heerbrugg附近出差的遊客或商務人士，可以優先選擇那裡，酒店不配拖鞋，需要問下就會提供。

Great location. Walking distance to grocery store and shops. Easy public transport access. The train to the bus to literally the door of the hotel. Very ecologically conscious . Clean, cheerful and very well organized room design. What a pleasure! We really appreciated the umbrella in the room and we needed it. St Gallen is evidently a VERY rainy part of Switzerland.

Stayed here while being on my family vacation and found it to be well managed with great front desk staff. They were helpful too. The breakfast menu is a good spread of variety eatables and drinks. Overall it was good stay.

What a refreshing experience! A place of excellent hospitality, friendliness and service. We are happy to come back again. The hotel was very clean, had a great modern design overall, especially for that region, and was very comfy to spend the night. The location is right in the center of the town, which made it easy to hop around. For business, they had great amenities for meetings, fast internet and professional reception staff to help you out on anything you need in a rush. The restaurant was the best in town and the best we could find within 20 minutes by car. Service was excellent and brought the dining experience to a whole other level. Food was very classy and well presented, while the quality was really fresh and the flavors were nothing but mind blowing. As I said in the beginning. We will be back. Big thanks to all the team and especially to Kathi and Marco.

Ein tolles, geräumiges Doppelzimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Grosses Boxspringbett mit je 2 Kissen, Grossbildschirm, Beleuchtungsvarianten, Minibar, Klima, Verdunkelungsvorhänge, Yogamatte, Schirm und Schuhlöffel. Ein grosses Bad mit geräumiger Duschkabine, Grossspiegel und Föhn. Die Nachtruhe bei geschlossenem Fenster (Strassenseite) und mit laufender Klima ist ausgezeichnet. Der Frühstücksraum ist geräumig mit tollem Ambiente. Die Möglichkeit draussen im Innenhof zu Speisen, ist auch bei Regen sehr angenehm. Das üppige Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein ganz tolles, empfehlenswertes Hotel mit hohem Zufriedenheitsfaktor. Herzlichen Dank!

Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber, auch die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Highlight war das kreative Küchenteam, weshalb das Frühstück und vor allem das Nachtessen immer eine Gaumenfreude war.

Wir waren schon zweimal dort. Modernes, sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel, ruhig, endlich mal eine funktionelle, praktische Dusche (ist sonst selten in Hotels)! Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Restaurant, Gartenwirtschaft und Bar vorhanden. Nettes Personal.

Ich war geschäftlich in diesem Hotel, die ein ganz tolles Zimmer, ausreichend Platz, ein tolles, modernes und sehr sauberes Bad. Ich kann das Hotel daher nur weiterempfehlen. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel sehr zentral und sehr gut erreichbar.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes modernes und sehr sauberes Zimmer, das Abend essen war auch sehr lecker, Personal auch top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. auch die Verbindung zum Heilbad in St. Margreten auch auch super gepasst. Liebe Grüsse
