Amazing Experience. Ambiance and the food was so good, I would highly recommend this resort for everyone . staff’s are very nice, this place is filled with natural beauty ,and the villas are super connected to the nature.cost are reasonable ✨😊😊 🤩

Willow resorts' stay was enjoyable. They showed warm hospitality throughout the stay. The restaurant food was good. Buffet breakfast had good options to choose from. The location of the property is good enough. The last 1km patch to the resort is quite narrow and is broken due to rain. The property is well-maintained, and clean and has a relaxing vibe. The gardens are well maintained.

Stay was amazing, staff was very helpful in guiding where we can travel around as few places were not opened. Hygiene was maintained.

This property is totally not worth the money you give. Only the breakfast is good, other than that food is horrible, rooms are substandard, bed is really bad especially it adds on to any back pain you have, bathroom is very slippery and old, no hot water availability, frequent power faliure, and they did not even agree to give a GST Bill. If you are looking for a luxury and relaxed stay or honeymoon kindly don’t choose this property.

Rooms are not tidy, towels were stinking. For the price paid the whole experience was average. Food was also ok, charged for xtra but options were less

Property name & city: willow resorts, wayanad *check-in date & time: 19-may-2024, sunday, 02 pm (destination time) *check-out date & time: 21-may-2024, tuesday, 12 pm - booking details: two superior villas and one 2-bedroom villa upon our arrival at willow resorts, we found that the 2-bedroom villa had significant issues due to water leakage caused by rain. The roof was leaking, causing water to drip constantly onto the carpets and beds, which resulted in a pervasive damp smell throughout the villa. Given these conditions, the room was uninhabitable. We immediately informed the resort management and requested an alternative accommodation. However, we were informed that no other villas were available. As a temporary solution, we requested six extra mattresses which we were entitled according to our original booking, to accommodate our family in the two superior villas we had booked. When we returned from dinner, we found that only three mattresses had been provided, despite our request for six. Upon further inquiry, we were told that it was too late and that all staff had gone home, leaving us with no option but to sleep on the floor. This resulted in a very unpleasant and uncomfortable night for my family. The next day, the resort management offered to arrange a separate villa. However, we decided to manage with the existing arrangements and requested them to provide the remaining three mattresses, which they did. Despite this, the first night's experience was extremely disappointing and far below the expected standard of service.

The villa was having water leakage while raining. A terrible service given by the management in every area, poor food selection, necessary items wad not provided, no lack of realsponsibity. I will not recommend this resort to anyone.
