We wanted to stay near Warner Studios and it was a good place to stay for this purpose. It had parking outside. The room was fine. They seemed understaffed. We had dinner one night and again it was fine. There seemed to be only one staff member, who was doing their best. It was tricky to find staff when needed.

After a long journey we were tired and couldn't find the entrance to the Inn. The electricity to the sign had been disconnected by the landlord . The entrance was just before the entrance to MacDonald and was a narrow entrance. When, after driving around several times we eventually spotted it. Satnav wasn't helping as it kept taking us into a housing area . There was a mix up with the room and we were given a key to a room that was already occupied. There was then a problem with the key not working to the correct room. That was only resolved when I went down to reception. The bathroom was cold and I couldn't find out how it was heated. All in all disappointed.

The staff were fantastic but the hotel certainly wasn’t… the hotels location is at the rear of an abandoned TGI Friday restaurant… you would never know it was there… there was no ventilation in the room… window wouldn’t open and bathroom air vent broken… bathroom a bit dirty especially the plug hole… breakfast was ok… but not as much choice as other premier inns I’ve stayed in… I wouldn’t stay here again

Bed was as comfy as ever, could do with more menu choice and availability on the evening menu. And soundproofing for the rooms. (We could hear everything in the room above!) Breakfast was great and staff were friendly & helpful. Was perfect location for Warner Bros studio tour. Great price too.

Family of 13 - 5 rooms . All met expectation. Good to have all rooms on the same floor. Beds comfortable. very little external noise. Cooked breakfast really good. Excellent choice of all breakfast items. Ideal location for Harry Potter Studio Tour. Would recommend and use again.

No evening meals available, but not told this when we checked in. At breakfast I had to wait 10 mins for sausages, when they finally arrived, people had been eating other food so then had to wait for eggs. It wasn’t even that busy! The staff were not great with poor communication. I don’t think she even spoke English. The bed was uncomfortable, rubbish mattress, the Hypnos ones were 1000% better. The duvet is too thick and the pillows not great. I used to love Premier Inn but there has been massive drop in overall customer service and standards at the Premier Inns I’ve stayed at recently, including the relatively new one near Paddington station in London.

Stayed at the hotel to be close to Harry Potter world and wanted a nice relaxing sleep before the busy day. I would not recommend this hotel if you are not a heavy sleeper. No soundproofing at all in the rooms. Could hear doors closing from my level, the level above and below. Didn’t have a wink of sleep due to the main stairs doors closing and opening all night with various guests coming and going. Staff unable to do anything as not just one guest was responsible for noise but customer services refuse to do anything unless you are reporting it to reception multiple times through the night. Rooms very basic and a bit musty.. the hotel is behind a derelict TGI.. we thought we had the wrong place - not very welcoming! Needs serious update. Shower wash great as shower curtain too small so water over the floor, black mould all along the skirting and slow water flow out of overhead shower located over bath.

Okay room for the price, but I wouldn't go for anything special. The room was an okay size, but nothing special. Location wise, you can't expect a solid view of anything being next to a main road. It was quiet on the 2nd floor, never heard anybody but I don't think anyone stayed next to us so can't say it would be the same when busier. Unfortunately our bathroom had mould growing on the bathroom tiles. We were too tired to go back to reception after driving all day, so just used the bathroom as little as possible. The breakfast was decent, nice tasting food, but took a while to get cooked items replenished. Good location for harry potter studio, only 8m drive away and that's why I booked.

Despite having a long 7hr drive (Which should have been a 1hr 30min due to massive accident on the M25 which resulted in both lanes J29/J28 being closed. I arrived 8pm on Thueday and the staff were friendly, worked really hard to make my stay the best ever, even having had problems with food delivery problems since Wednesday and Friday, the bedrooms were clean, very comfortable, and the bathroom luxurious. I was made to feel welcome and despite delivery food delivery issues, at no point did I feel neglected and felt I was a highly valued customer. Highly recommended, and I would have no problems staying there again.
