We booked the place for a marriage function, and to say the least the entire ordeal left a bad taste in the mouth. We booked the venue 10 months before the event was to take place and even till the day before the function the venue was in shambles. The General Manager was ready to give us a refund for the amount paid as well. However, a family having a wedding program and having their relatives landing a day later does not have the option to cancel the event. We had to pull our own people to direct and make sure the venue was ready for the event. However, the rooms were in absolutely horrible condition with termite-ridden carpets, nails sticking out of the doors, service being super slow, wedding decorators organized by the hotel staff working in a substandard manner. Everything which could have done wrong did go wrong. I thank my heavens that my family members stuck together and managed the event in the end. Additionally, a special mention to the General Manager of the property, Deepak Thakur, who had been asking for cash payments for the event, so that he doesn't have to pay taxes. On the day of the event, we found out that he was serving his notice and the hotel staff did not have the courtesy to inform us. We got saved from getting duped. I mean how exactly does this happen?

Very helpful , courteous staff.Mr.Keshav at the front office deserves a special mention.Mr Puneet Verma the G M was available round the clock to solve any problem or provide any help. The villa was really spacious and comfortable.It kept the whole family together.

Bathrooms are not working light is going within secs and staff is slow in hospitality No security anyone can assess the room watchman staff people anyone food Is not good and this place is not clean at all spiders and lizards are in the room

I had a wonderful experience at the Country INN Vrindavan. Celebrated my wedding anniversary there and eveything was so arranged and planned by the hotel.Staff was very much supportive and helpful.I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vrindavan.

It’s a decent property with incredible hospitality! I must give credit to Mr. Puneet, Operations Head to make arrangements like that of a wheelchair, e-rickshaw for local travel, etc. to make our family’s stay as comfortable as possible. However, I think the property can certainly use an upgrade in interiors and be better maintained. We had booked a 3 bedroom Villa for 6 people, which was spacious, had lovely balconies but they were not well-maintained, one of the three bathrooms had a rusty plastic curtain, which can be easily updated. But even with the minor hiccups,I might be a repeat guest for the fantastic hospitality and lovely food!

The staff was cooperative and helped in all best way possible Hospitality is amazing If you are looking to stay with family the villas they offer are perfect to spend time together The politeness and respectful behaviour are the flag bearers of the brand
