Customer service very bad we come from very far we sit down in front desk the person who is there they don’t know what’s going on and after 30 minutes she gave room key once we went the room doesn’t work bathroom water so same night we move to another hotels nearby

Our room was just very nice, spacious and comfortable. Clean enough. We couldn't use the swimming pool for the day and a half we were there under pretext of cleaning. But don't let that fool you, we are pretty sure it is there just to look at not for use as confirmed by multiple online comments.... Breakfast can really be more suitable for Westerners. As it is now much Asian warm meal choices but only white bread toast, jam (any fruit in there?) and boiled eggs for western taste buds. A definite plus is the free airport shuttle. We can recommend for the positive points above.

I recommend this accommodation very clean and safe

We didn’t actually sleep here but booked the hotel for the day since we needed somewhere to keep our things and shower before our late flight. The room was clean and staff helpful. The location is fine if you’re just planning on staying at the hotel until your flight but it’s a bit of a walk to any good bars or restaurants.

Very good front desk and housekeeping staff that answer all my need,, hotel was a bit old but it’s ok with me,, location at middle of Chinatown with all Chinese speaking people,, breakfast was eatable,, didn’t get pickup from airport upon arrival due communication error,, trip was cut short due to unexpected incident,, will come back again,, thanks..

The hotel was alright, and they offered pickup from the airport, and booked me a taxi to the train station, which was quite helpful. However it is a ways from the city centre, about an hour walk, which is something to keep in mind. They also required a $20US or 1,000 Baht deposit when you check in, which I was not aware of.

Swimming pool not very clean and closed my last day, sport room closed, electrics plugs all broken

Although it’s a bit old but have everything,, being here several times and love it,, quiet but walkable to foods and shopping mail,, one of the few hotels at San Jiang area that no one giving cards for special services during night,, will be back again,, thanks..

Bad location compared to the city as a whole, but in "China Town" and walking distance to a few cool places. This is a very Chinese hotel which actually makes it great value. I stayed here and at a hostel in town for the same price and it was not comparible.. Huge rooms and great swimming pool. I would recommend this place fully.
