My favorite hotel in Vienna, try to get reasonable price and you will enjoy it The best gym and sauna Very convenient location

The location is not very near to the train station if you carry big luggage to walk around. It’s not inside the city as well but you can get to the city within 20 mins, so it’s acceptable. Room was spacious, bright and clean. The breakfast buffet selection is rather limited. However, they have the ala carte eggs menu free to order which saves the breakfast quality. Next, the negative points. The receptionist guy (in specs & suits) was not helpful (unfortunately, we didn’t get his name because the staff here do not wear name tags). We stayed for 3 nights and we asked the guy to help us book the rooftop bar and he failed to do so for every single night. First night he said it was fully booked and said it would be available the next day. Next day, he said the bar was fully booked again. Third day, he wasn’t around and we asked a friendly female receptionist to help check the availability and she successfully made the booking for us. We went up on our last night and the bar was pretty much empty. It was a disappointing service and experience from the reception guy considering the high level of customer service claimed by Andaz.

From check-in to check out this hotel was outstanding. Location was walking distance to the train station, very close to the Belvedere museum and it was about as far to the Schönbrunner Palace as other hotels in the city center. The whole staff were amazing, and the breakfast was really exceptional: delicious flavors and outstanding quality, selection and service, a true high point to the entire stay. But really, and by far the hero of the experience was Tomasz and his kind, attentive and professional team making the breakfast such a delightful and memorable experience. The guy really is a magnificent fellow! We cannot thank everyone involved for thier impeccable work enough!

It is just 10 mins slow walk from Vienna train station. Check in fast and smooth. My family room with 2 twins and 1 king beds in connecting room setting is super convenient for us. A modern and new decorated hotel. Rooms are gorgeous and roomy. Breakfast on ground floor with good choices and a la carte order menu which is complementary e.g. egg Benedict. Love the high class toiletries with Saint Charles Brand. I bought the body lotion and conditioner from the hotel with are specially formulated for the hotel. High recommend Andaz Vienna, the sky bar is very good view of the city.

Hotel is modern and new where closes to train station. Staffs are helpful. We will definitely go back if we visit to this place again.

Just randomly booked Andaz in Vienna because I arrived evening by train but actually bit far to walk w many luggage but too near to take taxi 😅 Location is near by upper Belvedere but rest of things are all little bit away ( 15-20 min by tram) if your schedule are tight like us . Room is very new and clean ! Many hotel is old in Vienna so it was plus point Price is very reasonable for Vienna with this lever of hotel in a way highly recommended. My husband had stomach issue so we were so glad separate toilet and bathroom actually 😂

Very spacious room, nicely decorated, good amenities and nice view. Close to train station. Breakfast is superb so highly recommended to book the room with Breakfast. Very comfy stay.

It was such a nice trip for me and my hubby! The place is really nice. Free to drink cuppa coffee before going out!

Great place in Vienna, very good view from any room I like sauna and gym in this hotel Was kind of disappointed that they had Dammam tea before but now they put some cheap tea Good cosmetics in bathroom

The hotel is new and rooms are pretty enough to enjoy staying. More business purpose than family staying.

Enjoyed my stay - room is clean and spacious; location of hotel is in close proximity to public transportation.

Big room, breakfast was good (you can order ala carte options too). For the amount we paid, i think it was worth it. Also, there’s a bidet in the toilet which was a huge plus for me. Also tried the aurora bar for a view of vienna at night.

No doubt Andaz deserved a good grading. You felt really welcome by the staff in Andaz and you have unlimted drinking water. You immediately served with cookies and drink from the counter. The room are very spacious, clean and bright. Great job Andaz team!

Veri nice. But it seems little distant to major attractions.
