第一次入住這家全包式酒店，衞生便利且十分靠近海邊，非常符合我們的期待，距離VIAZUL車站8公里，大約十美金。預訂的是早中晚餐全包房型，用餐體驗也很好，煎蛋以及牛排很美味，晚間的活動也很熱鬧，不虛此行！

全包酒店，餐廳的自助餐食物口味與品質都不錯，服務也非常好，酒水也是免費的，晚上還有演唱，推薦推薦，雖然客房設施有點舊，但是性價比非常高了

Non è stata una esperienza rilassante. Partendo dalla reception, Personale scortese. Ci hanno assegnato una camera dove sopra la nostra, ogni mattina, iniziavano i lavori di ristrutturazione. Già dalle otto di mattina si sentiva martellare, usare il flessibile, pezzi di muro o carton gesso cadere e comunicazione ad alta voce tra loro. I lavori proseguono tutta la mattina e parlando poi con la reception, sapendo di questo disguido, ci dicono che proseguono fino alle cinque del pomeriggio. Era impossibile riposarsi con questi rumori ripetitivi e fastidiosi. La doccia pessima. Abbiamo trovato dei vermi sul piatto doccia due volte.Forse veniamo dal piano di sopra a causa delle ristrutturazioni. Pulizia accettabile. Solo dopo aver discusso di questo disguido incominciavano a fare più attenzione sulla pulizia. Servizio a tavolo pessimo. Alcune persone sembravano addirittura infastidite quando chiedevamo un bicchiere d'acqua o un cucchiaio. Una volta ci hanno pure ignorati senza nemmeno portarci da bere una volta seduti. Melia e la peggior esperienza e catena hoteliera che abbia mai provato. Non la sceglierei mai più in futuro, non la consiglio.

Отель семейный, много шумных детей)) относительно новый, шведский стол отличный, много перекусных на территории, номера чистые, обслуживание хорошее, особенно если владеешь испанским, пляж не очень частый, но всё равно красивый. Территория большая, красивая, бассейн большой, но воды по пояс, мелкий. В общем, рекомендую

Best resort in Varadero, possibly the best in Cuba! I've been to Sol 4 times in the last 2.5 years, now I will tell you why we keep coming back! The Staff: Dayana in guest services is the best, she has been there for years, her English is incredible so very easy to communicate with. I am in the hospitality business in Canada and I've never seen someone so passionate about there job, well done! Juanita in reservations is always there for us making sure we get the room and location of the hotel we are looking for, thank you! Oda is always available to us to book our alacartes , thank you! Alice in Wonderland ( I believe that's what other staff call her ) at the check in desk is so nice, one time we were late arriving and we we were pretty grumpy and tired and not at our best but she made us happy eventually! Thank you ! Thank you to all the bartenders and servers : Manuel , Jorge , Raime , Chang , Dia, Jose to name just a few , they are all great and enjoy their jobs. Also Sergio at the Disco ( Fun Pub ) There are so many more names that I just can't think of. right now. Thank you to the cleaning ladies that keep the washrooms and common areas spotless,I was constantly thanking them and leaving them money or small gifts to show them how much they are appreciated . Thank you to our chamber maid, incredible job, sorry I can't remember your name! IIm missing so many names but we will back In January to thank you all in person! The food is actually really good , the alacartes are great, and lots of variety at the buffets The beach is incredible, easily the best I've been to and I've been to a lot of beaches! There is so much space and so many loungers and palapas. You can be a part of the action by the volleyball and music or you can walk down the beach a few minutes and basically be alone, amazing beach! The entertainment and entertainers are great. They added a magic show this time around, a must see ! One thing that's missing though is a rock band at night, Antonio can you make that happen please!? Antonio is the GM of the hotel, he's made some great changes and is constantly improving the hotel ! And he is looking good after losing over 40 pounds since our last visit, well done, stay away from the pizza Antonio! As you can see we love this place and you will too!

Just returned from my 5th visit to this beautiful resort with 7 girlfriends to celebrate a special occasion! All 8 of us had an amazing time. I can’t say enough about the staff at this resort!! Reneil and Miriam and the entertainment team kept us dancing and laughing in the pool and on the deck. The nightly entertainment was beyond expectations ! The colours of the water and the long stunning beach was always a part of our daily activities. The a la carte meals were prepared and presented with skill and love despite maybe not having every ingredient we may be accustom to at home and buffets were plentiful!!! Nivia and Marylin’s smiling faces started our days at the buffet. A very special thank you to Dayana Martin for always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs so smoothly from check in to check out ! Her attention to detail and her caring heart continues to draw me back to Sol Palmeras.

I return to Sol Palmeras year after year. I have found that it has the nicest beach with plenty of chairs and shade for everyone. Sol Palmeras treats it's guest with respect and kindness. The staff is genuine and very helpful. The resort is very clean and spacious. The food is plentiful and delicious. Great variety of drinks at the bars. Excellent coffee!

It was our first time at the resort, eight of us put our hope and trust in the many comments from a Facebook group and fortunately ... we were not disappointed. At Sol Palmeras, we found the right balance of great service by the staff and stable and wide F&B offers. Therefore I would like to share my opinion this time in a different manner. Appreciative feedback: 1. The staff, majority of them were very helpful and polite (yes, despite being Cubans), every time with a smile, wishing you to enjoy the drink, the food, or the facility. Always asking how can they help or whether we are enjoying our time at the hotel, for example. Thumbs up at the buffet to Arbide, Alexis, Yisel, Aida, Gerardo and his partner, also to Dania (can't recall well her name, sorry) and Felix from the Reception, and the lady at the ice cream stall too. 2. The food at the buffet, either during breakfast, lunch, or dinner; was always very well supplied and with an appropriate variety (except for ice creams and desserts). Actually was above our expectations due to we were a bit skeptical looking at the current situation where the country is. 3. The ice cream and juices and the grill stalls on the way to the beach, we loved them although we never had lunch or tried the paella there. But we had good times under the coconut trees eating nice ice creams or sausages with bread when coming or going from/to the beach. 4. General services like Wi-Fi, hot water in the room, air-con, the cleaningless, etc. met our expectations. Constructive feedback: 1. The musty smell in the rooms (at least in the four rooms we took) at level 1, despite the mitigation putting an air purifier, the smell lasted for a while, we encourage the Management to do something on this matter, specially when there could be sensitive guests for example asthmatics and children. 2. Another thing to improve relates with the Entertainment activities, they need to improve on the advertisement of the activities to be made easy avaliable and perhaps announced through out the day. For example we missed the night party at the beach because we didn't realized that entertainment team has a poster (small) next to the towels station with the schedule of activities. 3. Lack of activities with children, we only noticed one and it was because the staff was walking around asking for some kids to participate in masterchef we think. Our final words? It worth it! We liked it and we enjoyed it! So... Definitely see you next year again! Regards and congrats to the teams!

Nice place and fantastic beach.Staff is amazing especially Barbara in the Buffet section. She provided the service with attention and care.The food is the best you can get in Cuba. Locally caught fish was natural and French. Reception is open for selling extended stay till 3 pm if your flight is late. You can still use for free a shower room , wifi , buffet and drinks if you flight is late and you bus is picking you up late in that day , past 12 pm which is the check out time.

Super belle hotel! La nourriture, la plage, la piscine, les drinks et l’animation sont incroyable! Isaak, tato, renyel, adelay javier are all amazing and very professional, they made our vacation better than ever:) les chambres sont tres propres et comfortable

Sol Palmeras exceeded my expectations! Spotless rooms, very clean territory, stunning beaches, the people…These people! Every single person from the staff will become your friend. You will feel a part of the family. I want to say a big thank you for the customer service manager Dayana. She is absolutely amazing person and the one, who gives her heart to the people and to her job. She makes everyone smile and feel so very welcome. There are a lot of shortages in Cuba right now, but we never were hungry. There was always something to eat in the buffet and snack bar. It was our first time with family of 10 people and we loved it. If you are looking for the stunning beaches and good service - you are more than welcome to this resort. Thank you for all the staff

Amazing beaches and clean rooms, but the entertainment team made the trip worthwhile. The events they planned and the amazing company they provided made our trip extra special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in Varadero.
