I had planned a 4 week stay on a platinum property with Hyatt and turned out I had reserved for a 3 week stay, which was my fault. The hotel helped us solve the issue and we agreed to take this golden property which was a level down with a 2 bedroom instead of 3. Being my fault, we understood and were flexible on the solution provided, we were fine! The only thing is that there was a HUGE difference between this property and the platinum (being one level apart from each other). The price does not match the value... Missing china and glassware for the amount of people admited into the property, missing appliances, old or missing kitchen utensils, TV with no cable (only through apps) and leftovers from previous guest or property owner. It was OK, but definitely not a golden one.
