주차장에서 체크인데스크까지 자갈길로 이루어져있어 짐을 나르는데 약간의 어려움이 있었습니다.
그러나 체크인시 직원이 직접 방까지 안내하여 소개해주고 다른 직원이 방까지 짐을 옮겨준 부분은 매우 좋았습니다.
저녁식사, 아침식사 모두 이용하는 하프보드였는데 음식 퀄리티도 좋았을 뿐 아니라 와인을 소개하고 설명해주는 등 직원들의 응대가 전반적으로 전문적이고 친절했습니다.
방문했던 날에 공교롭게도 비가 와서 리조트를 100% 즐기지 못한 점이 아쉬웠지만, 그 나름대로 아름답고 운치가 있었고, 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

It was three days of perfect vacation in October. Yes, it was too cold for swimming in the pool which lookes very attractive, but everything else was just perfect: the spacious room with the amazing view over the vineyard, delicious food in the restaurant, excellent vines. Special thanks to Denis, who provided us with the very professional recomendations during wine selection

Best experience ever. I will stay here every time I come back to Italy. Staff was amazing, food was delicious, wine was superb. The grounds were immaculate and quiet. The pool relaxing and the views breathtaking. I would recommend this stay to anyone traveling to Tuscany.

We have just returned from 4 days in this amazing place. The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the food, the pool is truly exceptional. We had the best time for my wife’s 50th birthday. The staff were very accommodating with everything we needed. The chef cooks amazing food. Bar snacks are available around the pool area as well. Our room was magnificent. The views are breath taking . The wine tour was great and informative What more do you need for a relaxing break. If your travelling here by car decline googles kind offer of coming via the SP 9 and stay on the main road. Ps again the staff were amazing

Our family visited Dievole in 2017 and loved it so much that we made a second trip this summer. They have updated all of the rooms since our last visit and they are just beautiful. The property itself and the views of Tuscany are just stunning. The pools are very nice and we were able to order delicious sandwiches and wine at the pool for lunch. There was a nice breakfast selection and dinner each night was excellent. It is very secluded so it is helpful if you have a car to explore the areas, as taxis are not readily available. The atmosphere is very relaxing. It truly is a hidden gem.

It’s hard to describe this magnificent place in words. You’re basically in paradise, less than 30 minutes away from Siena. Scenic location, beautiful room, amazing food and great service. The perfect place to celebrate our anniversary!

The hotel is surrounded by spectacular Tuscan vineyards and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: beautiful room, pool with great view over the surrounding vineyards, and very helpful and kind staff. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent too.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with a 360-degree view over Chianti Classico. The rooms are spacious and renovated, and there is a beautiful outdoor pool with sunbeds. The place is very tranquil, and one could easily spend half a day here just enjoying the views. It is also a winery, so wine tastings are possible. Adventure ******* can rent mountain bikes, and there are several trails in the hinterland of the hotel available. Service could improve for dinner, as nobody cared to refill wine glasses. Breakfast is good but nothing special. Charging facilities are available, although at 2 euros per kWh, which is the most expensive I have ever seen.

The property grounds are beautiful and the hotel itself is very nice. Stunning views. Very clean, well kept and well equipped. We stayed in the family apartment. We would stay here again. The only negatives: ..trying to get any information about a wine tasting was very disjointed, pricing, times available, how to make an appt.. The reception area kept sending us to the wine tasting room. Twice no one was there and third time the one person in the shop was doing a tasting and couldn't help us. It took 2 days to get it scheduled. For a "wine resort" this should be a priority. Breakfast was good but not managed tightly. Like ordering coffees and never getting them. When eggs ran out new ones were made, with sugar not salt..they were inedible which we pointed out to the staff. They didnt do anything about it. Small things that were just really annoying added up over our stay. All in all a nice place and an area where you can visit several local wineries within 15 minutes of the resort as well as a couple awesome restaurants...Osteria Cacio e Pepe, we went there twice.
