客觀評價一下酒店 缺點： 1. 非常偏僻 離市中心開車要50分鐘左右 2. 山路非常非常陡 出行很不方便 3. 房間裏有那種老舊的味道 我們一開始住的房間馬桶都是壞的 空調配的遙控器失靈不好調温度 4. 酒店的車來接我們去酒店的時候撞報廢了我朋友的Rimowa箱子 鎖全部撞壞而且撞癟 後續無賠償措施 給我朋友買了一個300里拉的劣質行李箱還要我們自費 （300里拉的賠償都不願意承擔） 而且當時我就站在箱子一米遠的地方 車差點把我撞下懸崖 5. 老闆娘charge room bill的時候犯低級錯誤！ 2463里拉charge成2463美元！最後給我匯款還少滙80刀 最後還是攜程給我補償了這筆錢 優點： 1. 確實吃了風景美的紅利 2. 餐廳做飯確實好吃 3. 我們早上9點的飛機然後住的房間在酒店高的地方 他們那兒的女員工在我們前一天晚上溝通後早上6:50起早開車來接我們去Reception 還是比較感謝的 4. 酒店會幫你預約跳島遊和叫出租車 總之這是我住這家酒店的真實體驗 感覺1000多人民幣一晚真的不是特別值

位置一星 房間內部三星 陽台四星 風景五星（是真美） 交通必須打車 在窮鄉僻壤裏 蚊子蒼蠅多 reception可以幫忙打車 到fethiye市中心320里拉左右 總的來説 是一個很上鏡的酒店

Otel konum olarak harika. Ulaşım 500 metre kadar biraz sıkıntı otele inerken yollar çok dar ve toprak. Ama manzara için değer. Yemekler ve kokteyller beklentimizinde üstündeydi. Odalar ve temizlik konusunda iyileştirme olabilir.

Otelin konumu ***et guzel, manzarasi ve sakinligi harika idi. Tum ulasimin yokus asagi/yukari seklinde olmasi biraz yorucu olabiliyor ama bu Faralya’nin ozelligi. Resepsiyonda karsilamadan baslayarak, restaurant staff dahil tum calisanlar oldukca ilgili, guler yuzlu ve yardimci idi. Ilk olarak yerlestigimiz odanin klimasi yetersiz kaldigi icin bakim talebinde bulunduk. Gelen teknisyen calisan sonrasi oda degistirme talebimiz cok kisa bir surede cozuldu ve ***et guzel bir oda ile degistirildi. Bize verilen Begonville adli odanin manzarasi ve rahatligi cok guzeldi. Temizlik konusunda gelisim gosterebileceklerini dusunuyorum. Oda temizligi ve restaurantta bardak tabak temizligi iyilestirilebilir. Otel yemekleri yeterli cesitlilikte ve lezzeti guzeldi. Yemek fiyatlari disarida, merkezdeki restoranlardan cok farkli degil. Otelden disari cikmaya degmeyecegi dusuncesindeyim. Havuz ve ozellikle deniz de ***et keyifliydi. Derin denize girmeyi sevenler icin ***et guzel bir deniz. Derinlik 15m+ oldugunu dusunuyorum.Havuz boyutu da bence yeterli idi.

We had a wonderful stay at Zakros . The rooms are spacious and open with incredible views (Lily).What really made this place special was the staff and the food. The staff made us feel right at home to the point I didn't want to leave! And the food was really amazing Thank you for making your holiday special

Fantastic hotel -felt like we’d found a little bit of paradise. Food was delicious -loads of it! Staff were incredible -couldn’t do more for us, friendly and professional. Pool area was beautiful -great place to watch the sunset. Rooms were secluded and delightful. Would 100% recommend this hotel -would love to return. Thank you for an amazing night.

Picturesque setting with very private mini villas set on the hill side ideal for a relaxed getaway from the crowds. Service and food very good. The pool area is very comfortable and not at all busy for our visit. There is also access to the see via steps.

Just back from a few days of heaven. Beautiful place wonderful staff . Pool and surrounding are to die for as is all the little jetties you can use to get into the sea or even fish from. So relaxing and tranquil, we had a room where the balcony was almost in the sea. So lovely cant wait to go back.

A perfect hotel. Like paradise, the view of the wonderful nature is under your feet. The staff added a separate beauty to this heavenly hotel and I would like to thank all the staff very much. They were all wonderful people. Their behaviors, speeches and services were very good. Thank you to everyone for this beautiful holiday.

Nisan ayında gittiğimiz için tam hazır değildi ona rağmen çok güler yüzle karşılandık her türlü yardım sağlandı sakin ve huzurlu bir tatil için gidilecek güzel bir yer. Hava şartlarından dolayı dışarı çıkıp yemek yemedik otel içerisinde ücretli yedik gayet makuldü ve yemekleri lezzetliydi. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle

We booked this place having stayed here 2 years ago and having an amazing break. On arrival the man in reception was kind and helpful and the gentlemen that took us to our room was lovely. The setting is so picturesque,it is truly amazing. Our room was clean and our decking also. Down at the pool unfortunately staff wise this is where things changed. One waiter in particular clearly didn’t want to be there and was obviously a chore doing any work. At the end of our first day the staff tried to overcharge us and the same thing happened the second. The whole process made us both feel intimidated,upset and uncomfortable. We could have stayed the whole day of departure but we both felt uncomfortable and worried. Unfortunately this completely ruined our stay and wouldn’t consider going back

Definitely a nice place Resturant service is so good clean and happy staff barmen and cocktails were so good had fillet steak it was nice and lunch time menu good the breakfast looked ok I can’t eat breakfast but it looked good …prices are good not over priced at all …only the rooms can be cleaner I think house cleaning staff not doing perfect job but as you think it’s a place in no where it’s ok

Kesinlikle gitmenizi tavsiye etmiyorum otelin konumu inanılmaz kötü yolları dimdik , tuttuğumuz oda ile arasında dağlar kadar fark var peyzajı inanılmaz kötü odalar eski , çevresi kötü otlarla dolu , odadan havuza denize gitmeniz için kesinlikle dimdik yokuşlardan inip çıkmanız gerek , housekeeping diye birşey yok siz isteyince oda temizliğine geliyolarmış, pencereleri kapatmazsanız inanılmaz sivrisinek dolar içerisi diye saçma bir info verdiler girişte madem sivrisinek var bir sineklik yapmak bile aklarına gelmemiş , otel resmen vasat otele balayı için gelmiştik iptal istedik daha odamızı almadan otel müdürü iptal edebilirsiniz dedi ets yetkilisi orda durmanıza gerek yok dedi 1 saat yol gittim başka otel için sonra otel müdürü ben öyle bişe demedim iptal vermiyorum demiş komedi gibi sonra başka otele gittik inanılmaz berbat bir yönetimle ve kötü odalarla karşılaştım ve girmeden paramı da almadan başka otele gittim
