Just on the outskirts of the Udaipur City this hotel is free from hustle and bustle of city centre, situated on main highway it is the excellent choice for Udaipur stay Spacious rooms with great mountain view and nice bathrooms, comfortable beds with all needs in rooms like mini fridge,safety locker, almirah,table and chairs,pool at top of the fourth floor is also an excellent location ,spa service was also good,food was great,we had dinner here Red Malai kofta and Lahsuni Dal were superb in taste with tandoori rotis ,morning breakfast was a buffet with lot of items to choose,staff behaviour was so good, room service was also good though some slow,over all our stay was super comfortable,Lake views are not available here and little far from from city centre,there was no other draw back,thanks --

We had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The telephone in the room that was allocated didn’t work. The 2nd room they gave us didn’t have a luggage rack. Where is one supposed to keep your bags. We had to use the table. So, we were short of table space. The safe didn’t work. It took 2 days to finally repair it. They obviously don’t check all the facilities in the room before allocating it to a guest. The toilet in this room was tiny. When I complained that some evenings we didn’t have hot water, they said you have to let the water run for 10 minutes to get hot water. What a waste of water. The body and hand wash soap were of poor quality. The sofa in the room was stained. The leather of the writing table chair was torn. The restaurant chairs were stained and paint was peeling off. The al carte food we ordered was very tasty and well prepared. Breakfast is an Indian veg buffet and is OK. The staff do try their best to help wherever possible. There is onsite parking. The last straw was when checking out we were told that their International credit card facility was still not connected. This should have been informed to us in advance. As an international visitor we don’t have access to PayTM or any other Indian online facility. It took a good 45 minutes to sort this out as the reservation guy had to provide us with a link for payment. The hotel is desperately in need of a refurbishment. Everything is jaded and old. Given the many options available in Udaipur, I would recommend considering other hotels that can promise a more positive experience. I sincerely hope that management addresses these concerns as substantial improvements are needed to meet a level of quality.
