Just got back from 10 days here with my wife, 16 Y/O and 10 Y/O and had a really good time. Its advertised as 5 star on their website but id say it was more like 4 star. The Hotel its self looks great and impressive when you arrive, and the check in staff are friendly and helpful. Our 10Y/O had a toothache and the girl on reception was amazing and arranged a dentist appointment to sort it out. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy, however we had a standard family room and the lack of storage was annoying but nothing that would ruin your holiday. The pools are great, with the slides a great asset and the boys loved them with loads of choice from the big ones and the pirate ship, the lifeguards are friendly with banter, but be aware that the main pool on the beach side is salt water. The entertainment team was good, did the normal pool games, even though they did do the same games a few times. A big shout out to Moto Moto who is by far the best, we had a good connection with Eren and Eleanor who spent a lot of time with us, they were lovely and arranged a birthday song for our son and cake. :-) The foam party was a bit flat as being in the pool the foam didn't build up but the inflatable party on the football pitch was good, i think there was a beach party which we missed. The Piano bar is a must at the end of the night, the pianist is brilliant and the bar staff are great, doing lovely cocktails, it was a place we went every night at around 10.45. The shops for clothes are pretty much the same price as outside, but the convenience shop is mega money so go over the road. The NEGATIVES: The food here is not good, they seem to cater a lot for eastern Europeans with the food choices, our family are the most laid back you could imagine with food and never worry about what we will eat but we had a couple of nights where we couldn't find anything that was nice. The evening meal time is mental, and we went when it wasn't really busy so i couldn't imagine going in school holidays, the hotel is made up of polish, Russian, Turkish, Dutch and other eastern European countries who will push in, and nudge you. I was praying to see English lol at least we are polite. The Harmony restaurant is a bit quieter but the same sort of food. Everything you see you have to pay extra, I appreciate that the surf simulator, Go Ape and zip line are extra which our 10y/o loved, but things like fresh juice, smoothies should be free. Some waiters in the evening at the outside pool bar by the salt pool was a bit rude and if not tipped enough he wont come back, obviously looking for the big tables and tipper's (i wont name names). TOP TIP: The pasta man outside by the main pool cooks the most gorgeous tasting pasta fresh and you choose the ingredients, the que is long as he is amazing, please tip him as he is great. Overall we had a good time and the hotel is brilliant as a 3 star plus or 4 star, would i recommend this hotel YES, would i go back NO,
