Club Paradiso Hotel & Resort

We stayed at Club Paradiso in August 2025 for 8 days. The online reviews and encounter with guests upon arrival were no good signs. Most people were very critical on a lot of aspects of the hotel. To start off with the conclusion: this is not a 5 star hotel in practice. The hotel lacks an overall desire to provide their customers with an unburdened and carefree stay. Examples of this are: 1. A lack of sufficient locations nor times to get snacks, ice-cream or other food. These are only served between 12.30 and 16.30, overlapping with lunch time, but ending two hours before diner and starting two hours after breakfast. Not ideal of you have an early start with kids. 2. A lot of sales people trying to lure you into their shops for a fotoshoot or a bag. 3. The gym is unsupervised, door closed, no towels, no water and no airco. You have to get a code from the reception to open the door. 4. We were very lucky with the location of our room, but it is a very large complex with numerous stairs and slopes which are unfit for elderly people and children. Without access to elevators in some areas this is really unacceptable and should be taken into account when checking in. 5. The worst aspect was that most of the staff really didnt care about really helping when questions arose or help was needed. Making people wait in lines for food and then stop serving because it was 16.30, not being aware of customers but rather talk amongst each other etc. There are also positive points: 1. The food is good and diverse, especially the a la carte restaurant. 2. There are three pools with nice slides. 3. The animation team is very welcoming and trying to make people really enjoy their stay. 4. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. 5. The private beach is very nice and free transport is provided via a shuttle bus service. All and all, our vacation was still very enjoyable. We adjusted our expectations beforehand to avoid dissapointment. But we will not be returning to the hotel as it is not up to par on a 5 star hotel - level.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews I think this hotel is amazing we are a English family of 5 ages 2 6 and 9 the foods decent and as for the walking and distance we’re nearly the furthest away and it’s still not bad at all! they make out like your climbing mountains your definitely not got plenty for kids entertainment is good and there’s lots of tours and stuff you can go on people do love a moan cause I can’t fault this hotel

First with the good points. 1. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools, one with 4 slides that were very fun. 2.Food/snacks were good, pizza, nuggets, chips, burger, ice creams, waffle and jacket potatoes. Restaurant food was ok varied daily. 3. The hotel is big with an arcade and shops. 4.Animation team were good and very upbeat. 5.Bar service was excellent! Lobby bar open 24hrs. 6.Free bus shuttle to beach, and for 1euro or a pound bus goes into Centrum. 7.Rooms nice and big, modern and cleaning were very good and around the hotel. Negatives: 1: They turn off the lights and aircon at the lobby at 11:30pm. Think this is a tactic to get everyone moving when clearly its still busy especially during August. 2: Have to pay for Wifi but bar area is free. 3:A particular staff member at the restaurant showed blatant discrimination. Absolute kissing the European's a** bringing them constant drinks making an effort but when we asked the response was 'not my area', then when asked again after seeing this cringe worthy performance he said ok then disappeared. They do not care much for British customers. This was very disappointing. The lady at reception also very moody, just stares into her computer and when asked a question rolls her eyes and gets annoyed (I mean its your job love, wouldn't hurt to smile). Overall our holiday was great fun and we would return.

Food was always cold and barely edible for someone who as got a broken foot has to walk up a minimum of 40 steps to get up and down steep hills to and from restaurant and pool area the only good thing is the hotel lays on a bus to go to the beach the only good thing is it was the minimum of 32 degrees

Not my style to leave unnecessary negative reviews but sometimes you just have to call it as it is. This is not not not a five star hotel. Three stars on their best days. And their best days were few and far between. Food was abysmally poor. “All inclusive drinks were limited” Hygiene was absolutely awful. Staff were so rude you would think some of them hated working in the hotel. Pools were actually nice but again the lifeguards were useless and rude. One positive was the kids club and entertainment. The kids working in the entertainment team were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. It’s a pity about their colleagues in the rest of the hotel. No doubt the Hotels AI machine will kick in with some kind of generic reply to this, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

firstly i would like to say the animation team and the pool facilities are amazing, but on arrival the staff are very rude as when we went to the hotel room we did not have an aircon in the bedroom it was only in the sitting area so when we went down to ask about it they offered a fan which ended up being okay but would of liked if the aircon was in the room as it was very hot on a night time and the hotel itself is very outdated plus they don’t speak very good english also there wasn’t much selection overall in food choices mainly just chips and pasta and bread/ soup , night time entertainment and staff was good bar was open untill a reasonable time which was 1 o clock , make sure you take money as you need to pay for wifi which was €15 for the week and also the pool table was €5 plus the wifi didnt really work in the bedroom , apart from that the room was cleaned amazingly but definitely should not be rated a five star no more than a three star
