This hotel is incredible - clean, beautiful, and delectable! The food and drinks are delicious. I enjoyed 4-5 cocktails. Highly recommend!

I booked this as a gift to my wife on our 1 year anniversary! And I couldn’t be happier! It is one f the most beautiful hotels in Tulum. It is in the jungle and accessible. Close to the beach and town! Hospitality is top notch! From the front desk to the cleaning staff and security and the Chef and Sous Chef! Before we left the manager wanted to say bye and make sure we were treated well! This is in our rotation and we will continue to stay here when we visit Tulum. Have stayed here twice now. Both experiences 10/10. Beautiful rooms, amazing pool and jacuzzis, food at their restaurant is delicious. My favorite part is the staff! Every single one of them went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Just incredible experience from start to finish. I plan to come back every year!

The staff is amazing! Our visit was over Christmas. We stayed in the adventure penthouse with the suspension bridge access. Unfortunately and very unexpected the restaurant was not open. I inquired about making reservations for Christmas Eve and Christmas.. I was not informed that it was closed. That was the only disappointment and inconvenience. You will need a taxi or take a bike to get supplies. Town is close and a nice adventure 😉. They provide cookware for the stove top. The stairs connect each floor. When it rains they get very slippery. My husband slipped and fell, be very careful The rooms are beautiful. Everything you need even big spray! Use it!!!! We were not a big fan of the rainshower over the tub with no curtain. Everything gets wet and the floors get slick so you end up using the towel to dry the floors. The private rooftop space with the plunge pool is amazing. The pool swing needs updating. The bikes to town were the best. We also did the beach. We definitely want to explore more next time. Rubi is definitely a very special place. If the restaurant would have been open it would have been perfect! The new airport opened in Tulum. That will make it easier.. It is down a bumpy dirt road. We had difficult time getting a cab to bring us back when we went into town for dinner. Need a van or SUV. Make sure you arrange this ahead of time.. It was the little hiccups that made the experience that much more special. We are very easy going so we made the best of it. We look forward to returning and experiencing Baxale..

Wow, just wow. You know, just once in a while you come across a hotel from which you think; ahhh, am not sure but it looks good. We had that with Rubi Tulum. Tulum is being developed so you’ll drive through a lot of construction and construction guys. Some dirt roads, but then we finally made it. A deep sigh and we stept out. And really, when you are there, you feel at home. They take your bags to your house. We had the penthouse. Which consists of a room where you enter, the living room/kitchen. A floor down is the bedroom which is really spacious, with a stand alone tub. And one floor above the outdoor living room with a plungepool (not a swimming pool but big enough for 6 grown men). And above that they made an extra terrace where you can lay and enjoy a 360 degrees view. But the service and amenities are amazing. We have been in hotels all over the world but this hotel delivered way more service then you would expect for the amount of money they charge. The turndownservice is so romantic. The restaurant in the hotel is made by the waiter, Diego give a good options. Yes it feels a bit pricy but that is everything in Tulum. If i may give you an suggestion go for the burger. The best one i ever had, hands down. Rachel the owner has done a really good job at setting this hotel up. They are only operational since april so still in upstart fase. But damm, i could live in this place.

Penthouse rooms are amazing - if you get the chance, try to book one of these rather than the garden rooms, as you will have your own roof top views over the forest. Food was top drawer as well. A real treat for a few days away from the hub and noise of Mexico City!

© Les +: - La décoration - Personnel très gentil - L'espace piscine - Moustiquaires aux fenêtres - Les espaces communs - Matelas confortable - Chambre spacieuse @ Les -: - Très mauvaise isolation des chambres - Musique du restaurant trop forte le soir dans le hall piscine - Manque de choix pour le petit déjeuner - Baignoire pas du tout adaptée. - Peu de choix de vin rouge au verre - Coussins et matelas de piscine sale, voir très sale - Hôtel mal entretenu extérieurement - Route d accès à l hôtel catastrophique - Travaux autour de l hôtel tous le long du séjour, ce qui est très dérangeant. - Nous ne sommes finalement pas dans un hôtel de 5 étoile car le standing est bien plus élevé dans un vrai 5 étoile. - Nous avons tout de même apprécié notre possibilité de surclassement dans l hôtel contre payement de 240$ pour 4 nuits .

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal ist herausragend freundlich und hilfsbereit !!! Die Zimmer sind suboptimal, nicht funktional. Keine Garderobe, nichts zum Aufhängen für nasse Bikinis. Dusche eine einzige Überschwemmung. Küche ohne Küchenutensilien. Minibar sehr teuer. Restaurant viel zu teuer, gehört nicht zum Hotel, besser sofort bezahlen sonst 15% mehr. Die ganze Umgebung ist eine Baustelle. Permanenter Baulärm. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Straße schrecklich zu befahren. Wenn man Pech hat wie wir, sehen die Nachbarn alles, duschen, schlafen, Kaffeetrinken. Ein schönes hotel aber nur durch das herausragende überaus freundliche Personal

Une architecture très originale avec des unîtes sur plusieurs niveaux: chambre, séjour, terrasse avec un bassin. Belle déco, bon équipement. Baignoire et douche dans la chambre, sans rideau de douche: très esthétique mais pas super pratique. L’hôtel est à l’écart du centre et de la plage, dans un vaste lotissement: les constructions remplacent progressivement la forêt. Chemin d’accès raviné. Staff tres sympa. Merci Ricardo! Seul point noir, le restaurant. Nous l’avons évité après une expérience décevante au dîner puis au petit déjeuner: plutôt cher, des portions insuffisantes pour se nourrir, qualité moyenne. Dommage car le lieu serait parfait avec un restaurant correct.
