We enjoyed a delightful stay at a charming hotel in an elegant neighborhood with boutiques and fine dining. Our room had a clean, inviting atmosphere and ample space that made us feel at home. The warm and attentive staff consistenly ensured our comfort. Each morning, we savored a delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and local specialties. While the nearby traffic added some liveliness, it was minor issue compared to our overall flawless experience. We left with memorable moments and a desire to return.

This hotel is so excellent that I keep coming back to stay. Exceptional service and warm hospitality starting from the Hotel GM to all staff. They didn't fail in any service provided and they recognized our celebrations and anniversary. BIG THANK YOU

I was scheduled to stay at Ritz Carlton for my time in Istanbul. I ended up checking out after 1 night as I wasn’t impressed with their property. St Regis Istanbul is a stunning hotel. They did a phenomenal job selecting every single person on their team. At check-in, I was offered a cold water bottle and wet towel, that smelled absolutely lovely. Check-in was efficient. One of the butlers showed me to my suite. Aesthetically, this hotel is stunning everywhere you look. My suite was very large and the AC worked perfectly. My biggest complaint of traveling abroad is that their AC can’t keep up. St Regis absolutely has no trouble cooling your room to your desired temperature. My suite had a guest bathroom at the entryway. The living area was nicely furnished and well kept. The bedroom was beautiful but where the room truly shines is the master bathroom. Absolutely stunning. I had numerous parties and a cake waiting for me. Their breakfast was very delicious and everyone I encountered was superb. The only recommendation I would make is to dine indoors if you don’t like cats. Do the park being across the street, there’s cats everywhere. One of them jumped onto my table and landed onto my pizza. Thankfully, I was already done eating. My waiter seemed annoyed. I’m not sure if he was annoyed at me or the cat. He did offer me another pizza, which I kindly declined as I was finished. I ended up moving tables and a different server ended up taking over, who was very pleasant. I wasn’t seeking compensation as I know they can’t control cats. I happily paid my bill in full. The first waiter getting visibly upset left a sour taste in my mouth. Thankfully the second waiter made up for it. The bellmen were super helpful. They would often get me a taxi for a lower fare than Uber. The second day there, room service delivered all new pastries, which was a nice touch, but they went untouched as it was simply too much sugar. My only real complaint is that the interior hallways are really dirty. There’s lint everywhere as soon as you step off the elevator. One of my suitcases also has a broken teeth on the zipper. I close the zippers very specifically to prevent causing it to jam. Upon my return one day, I noticed that the zippers were closed all the way and moved all the way to the right. I always have both zippers meet near the broken teeth to prevent further damage. Though nothing was taken, I felt uneasy knowing housekeeping had gone through my bags. Overall a great stay. We’re scheduled to return to Istanbul in a few months and will definitely stay at St Regis.

By far the best service of all the St Regis I have visited. The level of service of the staff is superb, attentive to every detail and the prontitud of service also top notch. Beautiful spacious room. Fantastic Turkish style breakfast, great spa (with very reasonable prices). Over all I give them a 10/10.
