Overall I am satisfied during my stay. Buffet breakfast is nice. Hotel staff is friendly.

오래된 호텔이라 시설이 좋을 수 없음 그러나 청결도는 나쁘지 않음 사파 센터와 가깝지만 걸어서 가기엔 경사가 너무 높고 먼 거리임 그래서 전기차나 택시를 매번 이용해야 하므로 비용이 상승함 호텔 제공 셔틀은 없음 조식은 음... 먹을게 없음 또한 조식 시간에 직원들은 손님에게 관심이 없고 서로 잡담하고 웃고 떠들고 ... 너무 신경이 쓰였음 가격대비 무난한 호텔이고 청결도도 나쁘지 않는 것은 장점 애매한 사파센터와의 거리, 빈약하다라고 말하기도 부끄러운 조식 직원들의 나쁜 근무태도 등은 단점 재방문 하겠냐라고 묻는다면 나는 절대 재방문 하지 않을 것임

4인가족이 트윈룸을 정말 편안하게 이용했습니다. 습기도 없었고 청결했으며, 온수사용이 매우 용이 했습니다. 다만 호텔 이용시 언덕을 살짝 올라야 하는게 아쉽긴 했습니다만 전체적으로 만족한 여행이 되었습니다. PS:좇싴으러 나온 맨유중 놀란 보끓음빠븐 설이건능쥐 뙄ㄸ학해쓺

영어 아는직원이 적어요 주로 내국인 대상 인듯 환전도 안됩니다 수영장 관리 안되고있어요 짐 운동하는곳도 관리부실 불꺼져있고 냄새남

I was not impressed with this hotel one bit, asked 3 times to have room made up with fresh towels etc, did not happen until 8pm at night :(, shower flooded, poor drainage :( bae Marie breakfast was uncovered & cold, for a modern hotel it was very dated, do your research before booking

Large rooms with a lot of space and a nice shower. Big pool with a gym next to it. What we didn’t like is that there was no streaming services on the tv and the breakfast was mediocre. Although everything was clean it was not worth five stars, because of the breakfast

We stayed at the Sapa Highland for 2 nights We the hotel was in a good location and easy to walk to where we want to go. The room was difficult to navigate as the bed was strange, you could not walk around the bed there was like a shelf built around it. The bed was extremely hard and not comfortable at all, so I found it difficult to sleep. Our room had a balcony but it was strange that there was only 1 chair, so 2 people could not sit our side together Our holiday was book through Trip A Deal.

Everything was great. From the spacious room, delicious breakfast, good location to my favourite 4-season pool. Though the bathtub is little bit weak, but others were too good to complaint anything about. Suitable for families and friend.

I had to write this review because I don’t want others to travel all the way here to experience what I did. The room is just a room, clean enough and the view is fine, but the beds are rock solid hard, I tried 4 different rooms and the beds are all the same. The hotel staff are aware of it and thought it was a joke and so did our tour guide from Trip a deal. Haha nope not funny at all. I resorted to having 3 extra quilts and 4 pillows to lay on, but it made no difference. It was like sleeping on concrete. I could not participate in the activities given the lack of sleep sore back and neck. I wanted you to change hotels at midnight it was so bad. If you like a rock solid hard bed this might suit you, but I like my bed medium.
