As our homestay is located in the center of town, it can sometimes be lively at night, especially on weekends. We always try our best to arrange quieter rooms for guests who are sensitive to noise and are glad we could move you to a different floor for a bit more comfort.Regarding the trekking tour, we’re truly sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. The weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and unfortunately, it’s something we cannot control. As for the rubber boots, they are available as an optional item for guests who do not bring their own shoes, especially when the trails are muddy or slippery — but they are not mandatory. We're very sorry to hear that they caused you discomfort and hope your toes heal quickly.Your feedback is important to us, and we will definitely share it with the tour provider to help improve the experience for future guests.
