The Goat Boutique Resort

We had a great stay at the Goat we stayed in a lodge and it was great the room was kept cool and the Tv had Netflix, the WiFi here was great and getting a grab to town is really easy and cheap, breakfast was basic yet better than most the places in Vietnam we have stayed. Overall I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay near Ninh Binh without staying directly there.

The resort is stunning, with beautiful countryside views and a magical lantern-lit atmosphere at night. The pool is aesthetic, and the spacious rooms come with aircon and fans. Free bikes are available for exploring, and Grab rides, though pricier, cost around £5/£7 to Tam Coc. For dining, I’d recommend heading to Tam Coc for better restaurant options, as the resort’s food, particularly the meat, wasn’t great. Overall, a lovely stay with great amenities, but offsite dining is preferable.

The resort looks beautiful, until you find rats in your room. Staff barely checked the room, saying they don’t see any rat, accepted to change our room. We found out, in the middle of the night there was a rat in the second room. Obviously, no one at the reception to help us. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, no way we would stay in this "resort". We don’t care about their apologies in the morning, we just wanna stay in a safe and healthy hotel. If you have other choices, runaway from this place.

The resort is beautiful. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Bit of a taxi (170k) to ninh binh or tam coc but easy enough to arrange. We didn't eat at the resort apart from breakfast which was nice enough. Our bungalow room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at The Goat Boutique Resort. The staff were so helpful. They helped us book a tour, transfers to and from Hanoi, and gave us recommendations on local places to eat. They organised a local taxi driver who we ended up using a few times and he was so friendly, even though we needed to communicate through Google translate. The location is lovely. We intentionally chose somewhere that was not close to Ninh Binh city and it was so peaceful. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed the more rustic accommodation, including a nice outdoor shower.

Wonderful resort and the best all service is available and reception staff is professional and kindly honesty and transparency I highly recommend to booking in this resort you never regret. I booked room on the swimming pool its amazing interface it’s paradise of the world

This place is indeed a hidden gem. The property is located a bit far from the main road, and it made us a little iffy of the hotel. But from the moment we stepped into this beautiful property, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and serenity. The ambience is spectacular; especially at night when the whole property is lit up with lights and lanterns. Impeccable service from staffs with genuine smiles and always happy to help. Our cottage was nice and cozy. Food and drinks were also great and at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

The Goat Boutique Resort is a gem hidden in the middle of the Ninh Binh ecotourism region. It is only a short drive away from both Ninh Binh and Tam Coc, but is located between a massive rice field and the foot of a limestone mountain, making it a quiet little retreat in a beautiful environment. The layout of the resort is also beautiful with small fairytale bungallows laid out in a gorgeous garden with fruit trees, flowers, lanterns and a big swimming pool! Finally but most importantly, the hotel staff is super friendly, making you feel at home and very welcome during your stay! If you like staying close to nature, the Goat is the right choice for you!

You must stay here- we can’t say enough wonderful things! From the moment you arrive, Hi and his team members are offering 7 star service. The grounds are enchanting and charming. You have access to free bikes which can easily take you to near by attractions. An incredibly generous breakfast is included every morning. And the cabins have great water pressure and AC. Transportation to and from the hotel are easily arranged. We wish we could have stayed here longer. Thank you so much for an incredible experience!!
