Ke Villas

Ke Villas was a great choice. The grounds were well maintained, the room was comfortable and the view outstanding. Beautiful sunsets, the peaceful sound of the surf, what more could you ask for. Charles takes pride in his establishment and it shows. Having visited Tortola many times we knew the location was a short drive from the best beaches - Smugglers Cove, Long Bay and Cane Garden Bay. We were very pleased, it was perfect for a couple.

The hotel is impossible to reach by phone, text or email. Need a ferry to get there from Saint Thomas. The ferry doesn’t run after a certain time. This is not made clear by the booking agent. Stuck at airport. The taxi drivers at the airport are most helpful.

I visited Carrot Bay in June of 2023 after hoping and planning and trying for years. I had planned the trip for 2022 and had to cancel my reservations at Ke Villas because I got Covid. Ke Villas cancelled my room and never charged me. I was so grateful for their quick response. When I arrived in June 2023 I loved everything about Ke Villas. My room was so close to the beach I could hear the waves pounding with the door shut and the air conditioning on. I had a large room that included a kitchen, a table and chairs, and a bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I had a porch, a calabash tree, coconut trees, and more flowers than I could count. There is something of a jungle in the back yard, and in the evening I could listen to jungle sounds. They have a cafe with an ocean view where I had my breakfast. The owner often joined me for chats and for walks around the property, where he told me all about his trees, his garden, various treasures (brain coral, for instance!), and Sage Mountain, which is behind the property. I loved everything about Ke Villas!

We had the most enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel. It’s in a nice quiet location not far from some good north side beaches. Very clean and comfortable. Mr Cooper and his son are wonderful hosts. They also make a tasty breakfast! Will definitely return.

Ke Villas for the win… again! This is our second trip her and it won’t be our last. The location is great, the rooms are great, and the service is fantastic! We have great conversations with the owners and we definitely feel like family :) Until next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Ke Villas. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and well fit out. We had an upstairs room with an ocean view patio deck. The breakfast was yummy. Afternoon cocktails were very pleasant. Recommendations for dinners and activities were spot-on. They are even affiliated with a rental car company to help you explore this wonderful island. They also provided transportation to/from the property. Ke Villas comes highly recommended.

I would 100 per cent recommend Kei Villas from the moment we arrived until the day we left we were made so welcome by Charles and his wife and sons and Tuni who always cooked a wonderful breakfast. Kei Villas is so clean situated right by the sea so relaxing listening to the waves as you drift off to sleep, nothing was ever too much trouble for Charles and his excellent team . I vacationed on Tortola for 4 days, sans spouse and decided to stay at KeVillas. I loved the room; it was clean, airy and had all of the amenities need to make for a great experience. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The only complaint I have is that there wasn't a nice beach out front. One had to travel to Cane Garden Beach for that. Kudos to the owners for great conversation and hospitality.

This was our first time to Tortola/BVI and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Ke Villas are beautiful inside and out. The location is perfect, being close to restaurants, a supermarket, and multiple beaches. Our host Jerry is the kindest, most accommodating guy. My husband enjoyed breakfast most days cooked by Jerry’s adorable wife. Enjoyed every minute we spent there and cannot wait to be one of their return guests!
