Hearton Hotel Higashi-Shinagawa anmeldelser

We love the fact that this hotel is just opposite Aeon Mall where we did lots of shopping at reasonable prices. There is a food court at the basement which serves food from 9 am till 9 pm. Prices at this food court are cheaper than the food courts at Odaiba area. The hotel room size is ok for a double room. Toilet also bigger than other hotels where we stayed.

I purposefully chose this hotel because it's just a road next to Shinagawa Seaside Station, which provides easy access to most places in Tokyo and it is also connect to most of the stations for me to use it to go to Fujikawaguchiko for a day trip. There's a 24 hours Family Mart and an Aeon nearby. The location of the hotel making it very convenient especially if you're carrying luggage to and from the airport. Near to airport and easy to access to most of the iconic Tokyo spots. Will definitely come back to this hotel again if I visit Tokyo again.

The location is convenient and there are many restaurants take no more time to reach.

The hygiene is very good in this hotel, it is suitable for couples to live in

Great location and clean room. Aeon is nearby and many food & convenient stores is around.

We liked the location and interior. Simple and traditional. But they just have green tea as complimentary goods. No coffee or even sugar. And for the baggage delivery service, you have to bring your baggages to their other brand 😅 but the staffs are approachable and friendly.

Location is good, based on previous hotels that we stayed in Tokyo the room size is really pretty good, the reception is not nice with good furniture or sofa, if you need to wait for check in is not comfortable, have no place for seat.

clean and nice . Enjoyable stay

Hearton was conveniently located, Aeon mall just opposite the mall. Train station was opposite the hotel too. Only downside is that Rinkai line is expensive.

Great location, in Shinagawa, near an AEON and could watch seaside view from the room. There is a subway station right in front of the hotel. It is quite neat, facilities including air conditioner are great. It is super perfect for solo traveller, however, it may be a little bit small for couple or more travellers in a room (it is quite full if two or three suitcase are opened in the room), i will definitely choose this hotel again next time i visit tokyo!.

The hotel offers excellent service and is conveniently located, with a subway station right outside the hotel. There are also many delicious izakayas nearby. The front desk staff is proficient in English, and there's even a young staff who can speak a little bit of Chinese, which is adorable. I will definitely come back to stay here if I visit Japan.
