The hotel room is quite small, but enough for one person. The breakfast buffet is okay, both Japanese and western to choose from, not bad but nothing outstanding. The free drink bar is quite good, nice to have a drink after a long day out, they have both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.

Slightly far away from metro station. Very convenient access to Aeon store, Family Mart, 7-11 and Lawson. Public hotspring provided. There is alcohol section from 5.00pm - 9.30pm.

I was extremely pleased with the hotel's amenities but right after my stay, I discovered that I left an item behind. When I went back to collect, the item was broken and in pieces. When I pointed this out, their reaction was just a simple "oh no" with no apology and even an offer to glue it back. I had to ask for the glue myself. Considering that it was an important item, I am very upset with their handling of this matter.

The room is a bit small but the services, location, cleanliness are all good

Overall a good hotel for short stay.. Comes with all basic amenities like pyjamas, water machine, free drinks machine, breakfast, Onsen etc... The only downside is the size of the room.. Barely had space to maneuver or open luggage.. Not too far from Ikebukuro station but not exactly near either after you had a long day.. Around 10minutes walk depending on speed. Many eateries nearby.

i booked the triple room as it was the only room left. there was space for only 1 large luggage - the room was a little old but bed and duvet surprisingly comfy. onsen was small so it got a little crowded as the hotel was full that night. location was great - tho the nearest ikebukuro stn exit with lift, C9 (vs 20b), is a little further from the station. excellent authentic chinese food nearby (豪妈 on google maps), and a family mart just across the street. great hotel!

Great location, good service, great hot spring hotel. Welcome alcoholic & cocktail are great.

I really loved the location and amenities. The staff was super helpful and my room was great. I also loved that I could go into the onsen even with all my tattoos. I stayed an extra night. That's how much I liked the hotel.

The staff are nice and helpful, and the facilities are well-maintained and clean. I love the welcome bar and the onsan so much!

Very small room but not unsurprising. Free onsen use after back from a day of walking. Cleanliness is good. No complaints. Will stay again
