Best hotel ever! Great view: night view is amazing! Convenient location: close to shinjuku station and all the shopping malls. Great food around. Bus stop to airport just downstairs. Excellent services

Overall is good. Room size is good, you can open all the luggage’s. I will definitely come back in the future.

Great hotel with nice breakfast. Many other restaurants within the nearby this hotel. Room and bed are comfortable. Will stay again.

Price After check-in, the price of the room for 3 nights for 3 pax was reasonable. Very spacious room that allows all of us to open our luggage and still have space to move around. Location About 7-10min walk to station Cab to station is about 700yen I love the fact that the airport limousine bus picks up from that ground floor... save alot of trouble travelling to and from airport. Service Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. But if you ask for small items, might need to give some time cox robot will be used for small items delivery. We waited almost 30min for chopsticks. Amenities Hotel has great Amenities including laundry room which allows you to wash and dry clothes. Can check out the availability via the tv in your own room. The laundry room also provides iron if your clothes need a press... free ice cubes dispenser... so i love staying at leevl 20. It has swimming pool too but we didn't check it out. Overall a very good experience and would recommend to friends especially those like me who prevents limousine bus to airport.

When we check in our room, the hotel prepare gift for us. Feeling so surprise. The view from the room is great, looking towards Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo tower. If view Tokyo definitely will book this hotel again.

Hotel location was pretty prime, lots of local food surrounding. There's a Starbucks right below the hotel. Hotel reception is located on level 18 of karibucho tower. Service was really great too. There's an accommodation tax of 1200yen.

The location was good and near to train station. The hotel was clean and big enough for the triple and have hot chocolate for welcome drink

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Groove. Great customer service by hotel staff and check in and out procedures were speedy. Joined the complimentary membership and was given late check out at 12pm instead of 11am. The room is clean and comfortable. In addition, the view from the hotel lobby and room was most impressionable. The only downside is that the location is very far from Shinjuku station (about 12 minutes walk on crowded streets with luggage can be quite tedious). It is, however, only 2 minutes away from seibu-shinjuku station. Also, the hotel is surrounded by various convenience stores, eateries, malls and entertainment.

The hotel location is very good and convenient. There's plenty of shopping and food choices around the area, with an Ichiran just across the road. The area is very lively and crowded so it's very safe even if we travel back to the hotel late. Hotel staff are very helpful and efficient. Our Premier Twin Suite is a huge room with a full height window whereby we can have a view of Tokyo. My family loves it! We will be back!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and amenities are replenished everyday. They provide good skincare too. The only downside is the washing machine. The drying mode can’t dry the clothes completely. We needed to bring it to the room to airdry even after 2 hours of machine dry. And the washing machines have password lock. People just washed and didn’t collect on time, causing others not able to use as there are only 5 washing-drying machines. As it was my birthday, a token of appreciation was gifted by the hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly and communicates well in English, so basic conversations aren’t an issue. The only downside is that the hotel can be a bit tricky to find. If you spot a Starbucks, go inside, take the stairs behind it, turn left, and you’ll see the hotel lift. Check-in is on the 8th floor. Another minor issue is that the bed may feel a bit soft for some. The rooms are clean, and the hotel offers a laundry service. You can monitor the status and remaining time of your machine from the TV in your room. If you enjoy a bustling nightlife, this hotel is an ideal choice.

There aren't enough hooks for towels and clothes for a 3 people's room. Also I have requested an b'day arrangement with the hotel, which they confirmed will do a towel art on the bed plus a little gift for the b'day gift before we check-in, however there were nothing in the room which was very disappointing.
