Great location 2 minutes walk away from Ameyoko and the main Ueno shopping area. Very clean and good sized rooms for it's price.

Near train station, just need to figure out which exit is the closest one. Breakfast was poor, not much option. (The Egg was good, maybe was the best thing to eat for breakfast) Room was very small. But everything looked new, amenities were good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming small hotel in Ueno, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is simply unbeatable, with the Ginza Line just a footstep away, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. We came back at Ueno station from our snowboard trip. Whether you want to explore the bustling streets of Akihabara or visit the serene Ueno Park, public transport options are right at your doorstep. The hotel itself exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. My room was cozy and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Be aware that the room sizes in Japan are usually tiny. The area around the hotel is vibrant, filled with delightful tax free shops and many street foot options giving you a taste of local life. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking to explore Tokyo with convenience and comfort. I can't wait to return!

The room was clean, the environment was quiet, and the staff were friendly. The location is excellent, very close to the station. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Within 10 mins walk from the Keisei Skyliner Ueno Station and Ueon Station. Very easy to move around with the nearby Metro station just 2 mins walk from the hotel. The area is the shopping and eat out place for both the locals and the visitors. Department store Matsuzakaya is just one block away. The room is the usual small size found in most basic Japanese hotel. Breakfast is very basic and only has very limited choices. Overall speaking, for those who look for convenience to go to mUeon Station, it’s still a value-for-money hotel.

Perfect for solo travelers. Room is a bit small, but value for the money. A block away from JR station makes it easy access. Would definitely stay again.

Location is very good, not far from train station. you xan walk for hotol to ueno station and take a airport express train. around with shop, department store, Market, convince store. staff very helpful and good service. room small (normal in japan), but have bathtub, amenities and pajamas. If you need skin care, you can take it near frontdesk.

It was quite tricky to find a clean, modern yet reasonable priced for a quick trip in Ueno. The hotel was fairly new and modern. Bedding, shower products and breakfast were great specially the freshly prepared curry rice and cold brew. The staffing (front desk & cleaning)team is professional, courteous and serious but I won’t go as far as friendly, a little smile here and there would make the welcoming experience even better, especially after a scramble of Tokyo traffic experience for most of us visiting, but that’s just me too used to the “small talk” in western culture.

We love the triple room. Though the space is limited to put our large luggages but we have 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. everything is well designed to maximize the space. The location is excellent. close to Ueno area and next to parco. Breakfast is average but we have other options around neighbourhood. will come back if we visit Tokyo next time

Very convenient place. Near Ueno Hirokoji subway and Okachimachi JR. Many eateries and pharmacies. Love the vibe in that area. Parco is opposite. Straight down from Keiseo Skyliner and Ueno JR. Allowed us to place lugguage before checking in.

Location is good, 300m from JR and 100m from ueno hiroki metro. Room is small for 3 pax. But double room should be decent size. Across the road there is a soba shop worth trying. Close to Amenyko street too.

Comfort stay. All are within walking distance. Easy access to different places by nearby bus or train station. And they provide daily cleaning service which I appreciate the most.
